    I would like to file a complaint against London Cleaning Service 509 Commissioners Rd W #131 London N6J 1Y5 I have tried to file my complaint online but for some reason it wouldn’t let me so now I am writing to you. I chose cleaning service to get my carpet cleaned on Jan 2/23 as I was getting a new couch on the 3rd so room was completely ready and empty for them to clean I chose them because they had 4 ½ stars and open 24/7 Over the phone I asked how much to clean a 10x12 room they said $99 buat I had to put down $79 they sent me a contract which said it would be more money they said they would be at my place on Jan 2 at 4:00. Jan 2 4:00 came and went with no contract so I called them at 5:00 got a machine. They called back saying they had been in an accident and I was to call next week for a new appointment!!! The next day they called saying guy would come that day I said no cause couch was coming Now they refuse to refund my money if they were open 24/7 don’t know why they couldn’t send another person on the 2nd. They never even called to tell me about accident until I called them. I never broke the contract they did. I have gave them enough time to refund my money but they refuse and have not .

    I spoke with *** (************) on Jan 9 and arranged for 2 hr of cleaning for a small garage on 83 St George street. *** stated that the garage would be cleaned, steamed and disinfected. I paid the downpayment of 119.20, out of the 168.37 cost. On the date of the cleaning, an individual arrived who, was unable to steam clean or disinfect. *** then stated that it might take an additional 2 hr of work to get the garage steam cleaned by a second individual. I asked that the garage be cleaned for an hour and 30 minutes and that they could bring back a second person to do the steam clean/disinfect to the best of their ability within the remaining half hour. After much back and forth, *** said she would send someone for 3-4 hours on Sunday. I told her that I am not looking for free cleaning but that someone could complete the work properly in the 2 hours. I asked to speak to the manager and she let me know that the manager was away and she was not sure when they would be back and that she wasn't at the liberty to share their last name. *** asked that the balance of the work be paid halfway through the job. I said that I wanted confirmation that someone would be back as she promised at 2 pm on Sunday Jan 15th. *** never provided the written confirmation. The woman on the ground left, last week, in the middle of the job, without notifying anyone in the house and left the garage door open. A freezer containing 300$ of food for one of the boys who has Celiac disease was unplugged and not plugged back in, and all the food was destroyed and the freezer smells foul. When I asked *** why the cleaner left halfway through the job she said it was because she felt that I would not pay for the job. Firstly, most of the work was prepaid for and secondly, I never said that I would not pay for the work and lastly I should not be expected to pay for a job before it is complete. Needless to say, no one showed up at the house on the 15th. I had already paid for the job in full. *** has avoided all my calls since mid last week and I am also unable to leave a message with the general number today. I sent an email to Daniel but received no reply.

    I am writing to request a refund for the cleaning services that I recently paid for and did not receive from your company.

    On Friday December 16 I hired your company to clean my home and was charged a deposit fee of $140.80 Unfortunately, the cleaners showed up late and left because there was misinterpreted information which was not disclosed by the person who arranged this cleaning for me, they said they will make a call but instead just drove off.

    I then spoke to the lady who made these arrangements for me and she rescheduled another cleaning for me on Sunday at 230pm. She asked me to pay the additional amount owed before 230pm which I did in the total amount of $110.20 in addition, minus the taxes, error on my end. 15 minutes after the cleaning appointment That should have had already started she sent a txt saying that because the taxes were missing the cleaning has been rescheduled.

    There has now been several instances where your company has not kept its promises, cleaners not showing up, prices changing, contracts being changed.

    We have raised these issues with your team multiple times and have been met with empty promises and excuses. It is clear that your company is not able to consistently provide the level of service that we require.

    As a result, we have decided to seek out a new cleaning company that can meet our needs and expectations. We appreciate the service that you have provided in the past, but

    I would like to request a full refund of the fees that I paid for the cleaning services.

    This company named "London Commercial Cleaning" charged me $7099,00 for cleaning my 3 bedrooms house. They sent me a quote of $299 ad I called and asked if there will be any hidden fees or extra charges and they said no, and that they won't charge me more than $299 for the service and if any extra charges they will call in advance to get my permission. As you see the amount they charged me is HUGE and no cleaning business would charge %10 of this amount for 3 hrs of work two men did.
