    I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring London Commercial Cleaning for commercial cleaning services, and I must say it was nothing short of a complete disaster. I'm writing this review to share my frustrating encounter, hoping it will help others avoid the same ordeal.
    From the moment I contacted London Commercial Cleaning, red flags started to appear. The employee I spoke with provided inaccurate information during our initial phone conversation. They promised a top-notch cleaning service, assuring me that my premises would be spotless and sanitized. Regrettably, these were empty words that were never fulfilled.
    Upon their arrival, the cleaning team from London Commercial Cleaning seemed rushed and unprofessional. It was evident that they did not respect their commitment to delivering a quality service. The cleaning job was subpar, with several areas overlooked, and corners cut. It felt like a hasty attempt to complete the job without any dedication to quality.
    What is perhaps the most concerning aspect of my experience is the blatant dishonesty displayed by London Commercial Cleaning. I had recorded the phone call with the employee's permission, and it was clear that they had provided false assurances about the service quality. This misleading behavior is unacceptable and reflects a severe lack of integrity on their part.
    I can't emphasize enough the disappointment I felt with London Commercial Cleaning. Not only did they fail to deliver on their promises, but their actions and attitude were indicative of a company that lacks both professionalism and ethics. It's evident that they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction.
