    One year contract with the predecessor *** July 2013. WCC acquires *** and issues begin. Charges for blocked bins but no monthly fee reduction for the missed pickups, charges for additional pickups when none were requested by the sole authorized party on the account to do so, fee increases well above inflation rates despite a contract in place, environmental surcharges going from contracted 10% to 20%, 10% fuel surcharge accounts for the entire cost of fuel for the truck between my location and their depot. High employee turnover means that corporate memory is short. When requests are made to end the services, they are ignored. The company does not deal in good faith, increases fees and claims its all in the fine print. Contract is on a 30 days termination notice after the 1st year but WCC refuses to remove their equipment.
