Hi my mom went to a store called Royal Bee at *************** in ****** ******* in January The employee told my mom about some free gifts and that the government was giving away some products to helps seniors and that my would just needs to come and pay for facial treatments. My mom signed a document that was told it was for facial treatments. This employee named *** gave my mom some gifts and told her to book her facial treatments. After that my mom had surgery and has been recovering. A few weeks ago my dad saw there was payments coming out of there **** monthly they called the company and were told it was a lender company for this company royal bee. This employee never disclosed that my mom would be entering a loan agreement of $9000. My mom called and made an appt with royal bee to speak to them, she spoke to them last week and they refuse to take the products back and refuse to help even though they scammed my mom. He lied never disclosed what he was doing and scammed her. Later my mom ask the loan company to send her the loan agreement. They emailed a copy to her and we realized her signature was copied and pasted multiple times. This is fraud they copied her signature without her consent. We read some reviews on ****** and bbb and realized my mom isnt the first one. We contacted my moms **** and they advise that this company needs to take everything back and remove my mom off the loan and to contact BBB and file a police complaint. They are a horrible company I cant believe they do this to people. Is there anything else we should be doing to get this resolved

On Friday August 11th, 2023, I was shopping at the ********* Mall in London, Ontario; the Royal Bee's employees were offering free samples, and proceeded to pull me into the store. Once there, they offered a skin assessment "free of charge" with their "expert" ***** I agreed to try it since it was free. I was then hounded over and over again with different offers for the ********* **** + they were selling from **** ******** Finally I caved, and agreed to an $88/month payment plan for this $3,200 product. **** held an **** in front of me and zoomed into the signature portion, explaining to me it was just a form saying I agreed/consented to being a marketer for the product. Upon leaving the store, I realized I was very much so bullied into this transaction, and brought the product back within 20 minutes of walking out of the store. They told me there was absolutely no chance of a refund, and 4 employees were in the store standing together while I tried to express that this was not something feasible for me. They refused to give me the refund, or cancel the "contract" so I went home. I was then going through my emails and realized the "marketing contract" that **** had me sign, was an undisclosed loan with a 14.90% interest rate, and that instead of making a monthly payment of $88 it would be bi-weekly payments of $57, for a total monthly amount of $114, which was something else undisclosed throughout the process of this. I filed a complaint to the manager who's only solution was to pay off the loan and they would pay for any interest amount and additional fees. I have paid the loan off in full to avoid starting the payment process that I did NOT agree to, nor was it disclosed to me in the slightest during our transactions. They sold this product to me under false pretenses which I believe goes against my rights under the consumers act. I would like to get a refund from this company, and try to prevent other people from going through what I did with this company.
