The exact same experience as Rachel.B right down to telling them about my red pigment in my skin and this is now a year later from her post, nothing has changed to the royal bee.
The staff are aggressive to sell and don’t tell you about the 14.90% interest rate or that there’s no return policy until it’s too late.
They also rotate between complementing you then insulting you. It was an awful experience.
Not to mention, I bought a face peel for $155, they removed it from my bag while I was in the store well adding “free “ products. I didn’t notice till I got home.

My experience: I was walking by the store and one employee said I have free samples for you. I asked “what kind of samples are they?”, as I’ve never heard of this store before. He replied with come have a seat and I’ll show you. I sat down, he then proceeded to put a peel and moisturizer on my hands. He talked about about how great this item is using technological terminology. He kept aggressively pushing the item even after I used multiple excuses, then he started to guilt trip me by saying I have a dry face and this would help my stay young. I thought I heard him say it was $55 and I decided I pay that to leave the store. He charged me $155 for a peel and handed me a receipt that said “ no returns”.
He then proceeded to say since I’ve been so nice he has a great deal for me and it’s free. He has a family friend who can check my skin, aggressively pushing that it’s free, claiming that he isn’t here all the time but he’s here today. He then introduced me to Jesse. He asked why I came in today, I said it’s my first time in the store and he asked what’s my main concern about my skin?, I replied with my red pigments/ Rosacea.
He directed me to a room, and sat between me and the door. he did the light test, then showed me a 6,000 sapphire zero gravity blue light. I said I wasn’t working, he said he could drop it to 4,000, I repeated that I wasn’t working, he got on the phone and claimed today only he could give it to me for 2,000.
I wanted to leave but I felt trapped since he was physically in between me and the door.
He then asked about my boyfriends job, and said I only have one face and should take care of it. The red pigment is only to get worse and then showed me photos of before and after clients.
he said he had free samples and physically put them in my bag, taking an item out, claiming that it wouldn’t be good for my sensitive skin. ( at the time i didn’t realize he took the item I purchased out of my bag).
After paying, he said there’s not returns, and said he takes a photo with all customers after. He had female employee take the photo and I left.
I felt uncomfortable the whole time, they were extremely aggressive with selling. I got home and found an email that they signed me up for a loan with a 14.90% interest rate!
I looked at the reviews of the Royal Bee and there are multiple people saying they had similar experiences.
If I had time travel, I would have never asked what the samples were and would never have gone into that store in the first place.

Sep. 27 I was told I qualified for free skin consultation at the Royal Bee and assured it would only take 10 minutes. I was led from the front of the store to a room in the back. ******* asked what my concerns were. I didn’t come into the store with concerns, but felt I should give an answer so gave the excuse of my rosacea. He showed me what was wrong with my skin and how I could fix it with the perfectio x. After his presentation, he proceeded to push me to buy, and wasn’t taking no for an answer. I told him that my husband and I have an agreement to not spend more than $200 without consulting each other. He still wouldn’t accept the answer. When he dropped the price to $5500, added a few free skin products and facials, and said I could make payments of $145 for 48 months, I finally agreed. I asked for a receipt. He said he had emailed me everything. When I reached my car and looked at my email, I became aware he had signed me up for a credit card. I left feeling targeted and a vulnerable fool. Sep.28 I went back to return the still sealed boxes. As I entered the store , I read a sign on the cash bar that said no returns, no refunds. I don’t recall the sign there the day before, because the sale did not take place at the cash bar, but in the back room. He also never stated that the store had a no return policy. Again I was taken to the back room to discuss my intention of returning the unopened perfectio x and the free “stuff” that came with it. He told me it was against store policy. I said that I had buyer’s remorse, and asked if he knew what the BBB was. He said he was within his rights to deny my request for refund. He said he would ask his superior and get back to me. He also added another “free” cosmetic gift. Oct4 I went back again but still with no success. This incident has left me very afraid to enter the mall without having someone to defend me at my side. This exchange was deceitful and I fear for others who find themselves invited into their store.
