    I won Lot # : 3135 - ******* *** ***** and Colour Ambiance 16W Equivalent 100W A19 Base E26 LED Smart Bulb, Colour Changing, ****************** compatible, voice activated with ****** Music Sync within the auction 532- NEW, RETURNED & OVER STOCK ITEMS-FRIDAY 16 AUG 2024.I emailed to confirm shipping and my address and there were no problems there. They sent me the tracking number and I paid total for the item and shipping the amount of $42.03 as of Aug. 23rd, ******* item was delivered on Aug 26th by UPS.On Aug. 30th I opened the item to install and found that the bulb, while in the correct box, was in fact a different bulb than the box is labelled and than they advertised the item on the auction. The bulb advertised was a 100W 1600 lumens ******** *** white and colour and the bulb I received was a 60W, 800 lumens ******** *** White and colour. Due to the nature of these smart bulbs the price difference between a lower end version and a higher end version is significant.On Aug. 30th I message the Liquidation Maxx through the Hibid auction website and followed that up on Sep. 2nd informing them that their item was blatantly not as described.I sent several emails back and forth that day. Then sent emails Sept. 3rd, 5th, 6th and 13th all with no responses. Unfortunately, it appears that the company has decided to take my money and run with whatever switching of products they are doing while still selling items in higher end boxes.I only want the 1600 lumens, 100 W bulb that I purchased and not the lesser 800 lumens 60W bulb they provided. If they will ship me the new bulb and provide paid return shipping for the old one then I will gladly closed this complaint.

    Customer emailed us said the item purchased was not the same as our description. Sent customer a return label on Sept 9th. *** picked up the parcel and dropped it off to us on Sept 13rd. Our warehouse staff checked the item and processed the refund on Sept 16th, for the full amount of $43.02.

    He filed dispute without letting us to receive the return parcel from ***. The email we sent to him stated that we need 7 days to process the refund after the item is received. This is ridiculous. The customer was permanently banned from our auction and report is sent to ***** to let fellow auction house's beware of this customer's behavior.

    I purchased several items that were not as advertised. They were used, damaged, missing. I returned everything except the missing items. I was met with a very rude employee who took down all items numbers as I took photos of returned items. After not hearing anything for a week I reached out and requested an explanation for what the delay was and expressed that after other similar instances with their items I did not want another store credit as I was done with giving hope on them providing items as described. I was told again they would look into it and another week has past. There is no one to personally speak to and the staff is very rude regarding returns or complaints. The prior week there were missing items I went back the next day for. The same *** said he already gave that to me but when someone else checked they had it and I finally got it. They are slow at refunds and you can't speak to anyone in person. I am still waiting for a refund for all items returned

    I ordered some items from an auctioneer. Once received, I noticed 1 item missing.
    They are claiming that the item must have been sent. Please see below for details:

    I won a few items and requested shipping.

    I received the package with one item missing.

    I reached out and was told that all items were shipped.

    In my opinion, the missing item would have a hard time even fitting in the box.

    They told me they know the dimensins of the box and will need 2 weeks to investigate.

    I would like a refund as I cannot wait 2 weeks for the "investigation" that will probably end up saying the same thing.

    This is **** from Liquidation Max Inc. We received a letter from BBB regarding the complaint. The item that customer ordered was not prepared properly and we will issue a refund back to the original form of payment within 7 business days. An email was sent to the customer early this week regarding our investigation result. In the email we mentioned that a refund of $30.62 will be refunded back to the credit card that was charged for the invoice.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, however the time-line they have me was 2 weeks until I receive a refund, but here to the BBB it says 7 days. 

    I am satisfied with 7 days, but would like to keep this for open until it's fully resolved.
