    They sold me a defective chromebook. When I reached out they immediately sent me an email saying they will give me house credits equivalent to the cost of the defective unit and I can use it as a discount for the next bidding. I will post that email from them here if needed. 4 biddings later, nothing. They did not even ask me to return the item. They knew the unit was defective but still posted it for bidding.They are ignoring all my requests for refund now. I reported them to Hibid and no resolution from ******* careful.
