      We had a terrible experience with Tepperman's. We ordered a sofa and loveseat, and they assured us the maximum delivery time would be 5 weeks, stating it would likely be ready sooner. After waiting 5 weeks, we followed up multiple times only to be told the fabric was unavailable. If the fabric wasn’t available, why did you waste our time for 5 weeks, knowing we were in a rush? They could have informed us much earlier. I am extremely disappointed and will never buy anything from this company again.

      We purchased a upright freezer two weeks ago paying fully. I signed for it as they loaded it into my truck.
      This was an emergency purchase being our freezer had failed and we had the entire contents thawing.
      This was around 5pm on a Monday. Tuesday Morning at 530 am I notice the new freezer had a temperature fault code on the display. An internet search revealed the temp sensor has failed. Teppermans return policy is only good for 7 days, after that the Manufacture gets involved and Teppermans washes their hands from any warranty issues. We moved all the food back to our two fridge freezer that morning. I was on my way to Ottawa and my Wife went to work. I called Teppermans London the moment they opened and they would not talk to me saying my Wife was in their system and I was not?
      I argued that it was paid for and I even signed for it but they were rude and stood by their policy that they would only speak with my Wife.
      The Tempperman employee would not connect my with a manager or offer any solutions.
      I then called MC and requested they open a dispute but they couldn’t due to the charge had not yet be posted to our card.
      Two weeks of discussion with Tempperman has shown no resolve.
      We have since acquired another freezer since Teppermans could not even replace the faulty one until the end of July 2024.
      They will only take the faulty one back with a 25% restock charge of $200.00
      We are still working with our credit card company disputes department.
      Everyone who is ever ready to walk through the door at Teppermans should hear this story prior to purchasing anything from them.
      The brand of the freezer is Hamilton Beech made in China.
      Stay away from this brand and Teppermans. Worst service ever,

      Ridiculous
      I will not be dealing with you or your customer care dept , as you customer service leaves something to be desired. and has to be one of the worse customer service dept that I have had the displeasure in dealing with. (Pictures of a brand new couch just to see if I can get short legs , despicable )
      After many years of dealing with Teppermans this will be my last purchase from your company not that matters to you or anyone of your company as there is plenty of people you can treat in a horrendous manner . There are plenty of furniture stores that I am sure would be happy to deal with me for my future purchase's

      Absolutely horrible experience with London Teppermans and our new living room furniture. We ordered 4 pieces and when they delivered the furniture, they only brought the legs for 3 pieces. A week later and we have been given the run around - the legs are in stock, the legs have been ordered, the legs need to be ordered. Nobody seems to know anything or care. There is no supervisor on site to escalate the issue to. After a week, I don't know if we will ever get legs for this couch. It looks stupid right now and Teppermans has completely lost my business over this most ****** customer service. They don't even deserve the one star I gave them, but I couldn't give zero stars. I wish we never decided to replace our old furniture. Huge regrets buying from Teppermans. I won't make that mistake again.

      Horrible customer service after the fact. My property was damaged upon delivery and no one is replying to my query to get a repair completed . Have reached out to them on 19 separate occasions

      Temperance has the worst customer service for returns. Purchased a recliner chair September 29th opened the damaged carton later that afternoon to find the chair with the right arm damaged. Contacted customer service at 7 p.m. to report it as required. On hold #14 in line. Said days a manager would get back. Contacted Friday Oct 6th again stated they would get back to us possible Saturday morning. Nothing yet?? We now want our money back, no replacing the arm, no replacement. The huge box has been in my van since September 29th. The last call we were #17 in line enough!

      This company is not environment-friendly. * **** this company for still sending me advertisement brochures and mails for 3 years even though I have complained so many times in different ways. Do not give your contact information to them if you don't want that much trees to be cut unneccessarily.

      My husband and I purchased a couch set on Boxing Day and it was delivered 2-3 weeks after we purchased them.
      When they were delivered we noticed that there were some snags on the top of the couch (it’s a woven material) and mentioned it to the delivery guys and the one guy told us not to take a picture and he proceeded on cutting the snags off. Right there I should have seen that as a RED FLAG!
      After a couple months into having the couches, more and more snags started popping up. We then noticed a few rips in both of the couches and at that point I emailed Teppermans about it. I have now been back and forth with them with regards to these couches on wanting an exchange for different couches, as the material of these couches are garbage and not durable at all.
      They sent in a technician who explained that they would fixed the issues….I asked how they plan on fixing the issues, when it’s basically both couches need “fixing” lol
      He explained that they would be ordering products to fix the issues and said that we can just cut off the snags…. Clearly doesn’t understand how woven fabric works. If you cut the snags, eventually it will completely unravel and become a hole…so not an option (thanks but no thanks)
      We spent just under $2000 for these couches, which for us is A LOT!! I am not willing to have them “fix” them, as it’s not a good long term solution. Just today we found another hole…it seems like every week we are finding another issue with these couches, and it will continue that way.
      On their website it clearly states that they will exchange for damaged or defective issues, which these couches clearly are. I explained that I am willing to get another set, but just with different fabric, and not asking for a refund.
      They have just stating that they will “fix” them. And get this, they said it will take 7-8 weeks to get the products to fix them, and that’s just for a couple of the rips….we only have 5 months left on our warranty and then after that we are SOL!!!
