      Our saga with Tepperman’s London Store began with the delivery of a new fridge & wall oven ($6000) Oct. 13, 2022.
      As Tepperman’s Delivery, do not hook up water valves or install wall ovens, we were given a Business Card for an installer, highly recommended by a Sales Rep to come & complete the task.
      The Delivery fellows did not have protective floor runners as the customer had requested.
      Some marks/gauges were noticed on the hard wood kitchen floor by customer after Delivery had left.
      Installer came the next day to install water valve & wall oven with further damage/gauges on floor occurring & brought to installer’s attention.
      With detailed documentation & correspondence, photos, E-mails, many un-returned phone calls to the Store Manager, we were forced to seek legal advice.
      We have learned many things in our dealings with Tepperman’s, once thought to be a highly reputable, customer oriented & high end company.
      1. Be sure to read carefully the Merchandise/Property Inspection Form, given to the customer, without any explanation, on completion of Delivery.
      2. DO NOT SIGN if any questions.
      3. Call Customer CARE within 24 Hours… unfortunately the number is not on this Merchandise/Property Inspection Form.
      4. Third Party Delivery & Installations, therefore, Tepperman’s not responsible for any wrong doings with no accountability, pride in workmanship, apology or respect of customer’s home & surroundings. Onus completely on the Customer.
      5. We were advised ‘Platinum’ is the company used by Tepperman’s for installs, we have never heard that name in the 4 months of this ongoing dilemma.
      6. The end result is still a damaged/ gauged floor which will have to be replaced at a cost of $5,000- $10,000.

      Purchased a refrigerator from Tepperman's. My present one was having issues and the sales person said the new purchase was coming in on Tuesday (4 days after) and would be delivered that week. I thought well that is a long time but ok - a week was something I could perhaps wait on. So when I got the call from Tepperman's on Thursday and they said it would be delivered the following week I was thinking, I could have purchased it elsewhere and received it earlier. The sales person was hungry for the sale to sway me - lied. Very frustrated from this store as I do not have a fridge that is operational right now and have to wait another week for delivery as they said their trucks are full! I had purchased many items from them before but will not shop here ever again!

      I purchased a refrigerator on Jan. 19th on the Teppermans website and paid in full that day. The next day, a sales lady called and said Whirlpool is on back order and the fridge would not be available until April 30th. Since I was renovating my whole kitchen, this was fine because it would give me time to finish the cupboards and counter installation. It is now into August and I am still waiting for my fridge. No one from the company has ever reached out to me to tell me the date has been delayed again. My latest arrival date was suppose to be July 28th. After hearing nothing again, I called this morning only to find out the fridge won’t be in until September 17th now. Again, no one called to inform me about the further delay, I have reached out to Whirlpool directly to find out what the delay is on their refrigerators. If the delay is so great for these products, I question why they are even available for regular purchase on the website. My money has been paid since January but I have received no information from the company and no guarantee of any delivery. Completely unacceptable
