    I came to this hotel on June 29, 2022 I’ve been promised I’d be getting a room with a microwave fridge and air conditioner. It is now aug 13 I’m still waiting it’s been so hot up here I’ve got heat stroke my poor dog has been vomiting because of how hot it is in here as I’m on the third floor heat rises. I also have a burned Electrical socket that’s melted I have a light fixture hanging outta my ceiling it fell out and was being held by tap. On day I asked for a towel and I’m not sure what his name is told me to pay then I will get a towel. He yelled in my face and was very rude. I’ve been making payments but I stopped for a couple days as I’m still here in the same room dying of heat told them about my dog being so hot she’s puking and asked when I was getting my other room. They said not till you pay the whole amount.. well I ended up paying 303 dollars and I’m still here in the same room. We had no hot water for a week due to someone stealing the copper pipes in the attic. I’ve spent way more than I should of been told me my room rate is gonna be changed to 50 dollars it never did. I also notice one day I was charged 79.69 a night and another time for 52.00. I was paying 65 a night but when they promise someone something especially your good customers at least I try to make a payment everyday when I’m
    Paying over 2000 a month and I only get 791 on Ontario works I do everything I can to try to make a payment everyday.. yes I agree sometimes I’m a couple days behind but I always seem to catch myself up. So now that they have taken all of my money with no where to go. Aswell as I have contacted the health board, electrical board and fire Marshall. All these issues need to be fixed and resolved. I also ended up pay way more than I should’ve and they needed up kicked me out on aug 13 with zero dollars and to where my bill was ajusted tothe amount of 0.00
