    This place is horrible. I’ve been waiting since June 29 2022 after being promised for months a new room for me and my dog as I don’t even have a fridge microwave or even air conditioner and I’m on the 3rd floor with my dog I ended up getting heat stroke my dog getting sick cause of the heat and they promised me to get a portable air conditioner and stil have yet to receive it. I asked to get a new towel and the one guy says not until you pay for today umm excuse me i need to shower. I had to go buy my own. Now they gave us less then 24 hours notice that we all have to be out. I have no money to go anywhere cause these guys just live to take your money. They are heartless accept there is 3 workers there that actually have a heart and care the two people in the morning up till 3 are rude they yell in your face. Now I’m homeless with my dog and have no where to go
