    I bought a boat that is a death trap when I use the boat it porpoise riding at an angle where I can not see anything in front of me I could crash and kill myself or some other family on the water, the boat should of been water tested first with me in it but apparently they don’t do that, excuse they are dry land marine but I have contacted other dry land marines and they say they would never sell a boat to anyone without a water test they take them to the lake and test it. Also the boat is not in proper working condition the trolling motor, fuseable links blow, water and temperature gauges don’t work and the gel coat on the bottom of the boat which was hidden by the bunks is down to fibre glass which could begin to take on water and sink the boat should of never been sold to me in that condition and especially with out water tested for my weight in the boat as I have been told by a mechanic and another marine The bill of sale is also is a vehicle bill of sale not a pleasure craft bill of sale not sure if that helps

Financial Services has attempted to secure financing for a replacement boat leveraging the ******* as a trade but has been unable to secure financing for the new amount. We have exhausted all options to assist in taking the ******* as a trade and placing you in a different boat. So we have a few options to consider: 1. Pick up and use the ******* and continue to make your payments to your lender 2. Pick up the *******, continue to use it and consider selling it privately while continuing your financial commitment to your lender. 3. Offer the ******* for sale through our Brokerage program while you continue to make your payments to your lender 

    Please let us know how you would like to proceed.

We have been in business for over 51 years and an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau for decades. Our team members worked diligently on you and your family’s behalf selecting potential boat options and subsequently communicated with your lender to secure additional financing. Those efforts have proven to be unsuccessful. You made more than one visit to our dealership to see the ******* and did make the decision that the ******* was your “dream boat” and suited your purposes and was a boat that you chose to purchase. We have presented you with three options to assist you. We have worked hard for you and your family and at this time I believe you need to appreciate that it was your decision to purchase the ******* and to let us know which of the three options you would like to move forward with. Your ******* remains in our secured compound currently. If it is more convenient for you, we may be able to have one of our drive team return the ******* to your home address.

    Good afternoon:

    We continue to work on options for Mr. ****** however the challenge we are facing is the inability to secure financing for Mr. ****** through his current lender. I am not able to breach client / lender confidentiality nor is the lender but at this time the loan cannot simply be undone and a replacement boat put forward for financing.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    It’s not solving anything I have talked to a few people about the boat so here are two options I’ve come up with 

    1 buy back the boat at what I paid for it and I will eat the interest 

    2 fix everything wrong with the boat gel coating trolling motor fuse able links gauges etc… plus put a new prop on it and move the batteries to the front of the boat then a water test with me driving the boat
