    WORST ever. Really big on pushing the sales end but when the buying is done so are they. The after sale care and the worst ever. I bought a Gala with trailer no problem except some poor communications on the their end. Then I bought two waverunners with a trailer. HUGE MISTAKE. I ordered speakers for them. Different speakers - one set came the other didn't. Back ordered they said and no worries it'll be in in a couple of months. NOTHING months later. I take it in to be winterized and for some repairs. I get a BS explanation its still back ordered. I saw the look they gave each other - they imply forgot about it. Winter is over and I pick up the machines. I check ... NO SPEAKERS! It's like two years since I placed the order. They give me a BS answer saying I hadn't paid. I did. Done - never do business with them again. I take the machines to the lake and ... guess what... only one of them would start!! The one I paid to have repairs done for DID NOT START! Seriously a rip off. I have now taken it to a local marina for repairs. No BS here ... total BS there - they wantt your money and that's it... BE WARNED!!

    We bought a brand new boat from them, the rpm gage was broken when on land we asked why, they said it should correct once in water. They told us to make a list of stuff needing fixed as it will be under warranty (as this is apparently common with new boats) for when we take it in for the 20 hour inspection. When we bring it in they try to get out of fixing the rpm gage as they blamed it as “unlucky, a small piece of wood got into and broke it”. The snaps broke off the cover and letters fell off. When we go to pick it up for spring season they DRAGGED the motor against the ground as they brought it over to us and said “we can just put a skeg guard on it”. Given it’s a new boat we obviously wanted the motor to be back in brand new condition so we had to drive back home which is 2 hours away and wait for the broken part of the motor to be replaced, letters to be replaced on the side and new snaps for the cover that broke that never got done the first time. They said they would wrap it for free for the inconvenience beings they had to store in over the winter to get fixed and that was never done when we picked it up the cover was covered with a musty growth. They lack communication there and it took a lot of effort to ensure our boat was going to be fixed and returned to the condition we bought it. Nothing but grief working with this company and we will not be doing business there again
