Our ***** tough came foen in ice storm. 1st choice was out to repair them as soon as possible. Installed extra support , custom our down ***** so they go to our rain barrel . Friendly , easy to work with . Warranty is great. This is the second time we use them , did a wonderful job on our medal roof .

My husband and I are very happy with the work that 1st Choice Home Solutions did for us. They did siding on our home and garage and installed 6 windows on our home. We have nothing prays for the work thru did. Very professional yet friendly and kind. Kept work areas clear and very focused detail. From our first meeting to the end of completion. The team at 1st Choice Home Solutions are amazing! My husband and I are beyond impressed with their friendly service and the finished project was beyond our expectations. We really felt they the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. The crew that completed the renovation was outstanding. After reviewing multiple quotes we chose 1st Choice Home Solutions to renovate our home, and are we glad we did! Our renovation project was extensive with 3 installation teams (doors/windows; siding, soffit, fascia and eavestroughs; and metal roof).When you started a project like this, you tend to focus on the quality of the products, style and colour, at least we did. However, as important as quality of product is, the installation of those products is just as important, if not even more so. We had great installation teams. Their attention to detail, years of experience and excellent workmanship made our home look great. Every single individual we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and very courteous. They want you to be 100% satisfied with your renovations. What an outstanding team to work with! They put siding on my brick, with new soffits & evestroughs. Stan was well prepared with a good presentation & options. Excellent attention to detail & craftmanship, expecially to Matt who powered through everyday in mostly crappy weather. House looks great! I would certainly have them do any jobs in the future & recommend them to others.1st Choice Home Solutions

We were having water issues coming down the front of house which resulted in damage to the stucco. Tried to have it fixed 3x with no success. Once we found 1st Choice our worries ended. We gave Stan our vision on how we wanted the finished appearance to be and he came through in a big way. The workers showed up and did a fantastic job. It took Matt a full day to find our why we were having the water problem (roof). All is fixed to perfection and we are thrilled with the outcome. Matt was here for 10 days straight. Job sight was cleaned up every day. Matt and the team were very kind, patient and respectful. It was a pleasure to have worked with 1st Choice.1st Choice Home Solutions

Working with 1st Choice was so easy! When Steve came to give me a quote, he shared with me a few options and explained them so I would understand. There was no pressure, it was just an easy conversation about what I needed and what he could do to help. The work itself? After having experienced a nightmare reno with a different company, I can truly appreciate how professional the crew from 1st Choice was. They showed up when they were supposed to be here, kept me informed on what they were doing, and were here and gone in the timeframe I'd been given. There was a small question about something a few days later, and when I contacted the office to ask about it, someone was here really quickly to take care of it. GREAT JOB!! I had First Choice come to my Royal modular home to install a new front door and also a new shed door. They came to measure my door entrance as well as the shed door and helped me select the style of front door with the bolt system and the colour appropriate to my house colour (burgundy}. I selected the same style of door for my shed - with a window unlike the other plain door.
They gave me a reasonable quote for both doors - product and installation.
I am pleased with their workmanship and with the quality of the doors.1st Choice Home Solutions

This summer 1st Choice Home Solutions replaced our storm door and we’ll definitely use them again in the future. The process was easy and the door works great. The installer even took the time to adjust the closing mechanism, so the door closes at the speed I like. Fantastic experience overall!1st Choice Home Solutions
