5 stars**** and his team did an amazing job on our new siding/soffit/fascia. From the initial consultation, to confirming the job, getting things booked, the installation process and the final inspection the staff has been incredible. The communication was quick and we were able to ask questions as the install was occurring and be part of the design decision making. **** worked tirelessly to get the job completed and the results are beautiful. We could not be happier and will choose them again in the future!1st Choice Home Solutions

5 starsWe were wanting to aluminum cap our house doors. Family in London were having a metal roof installed by 1st Choice and recommended them to us. We were very impressed from initial contact to completion, how professional and easy to work with 1st Choice was.
We had 3 doors, 2 windows aluminum capped and caulked and several other areas re caulked.
Even a small last minute additional trim area was added and handled no problem.
Work crew very professional and friendly and went around with me, showing and confirmed what they would do. We were very pleased and satisfied with the work they did.
I would recommend 1st Choice not only for their good work but also for their easy to work with professional staff

5 starsRight from the start ***** came and took time to "really" listen to what I was searching for in a front door replacement, he guided me to the best possible choice and was always available along with his great staff, ALL of them. More than satisfied, $$ well spent, we are getting positive remarks from all that see the work they did. When little touch-up jobs were needed ***** and his team made sure they were on it asap. Along with all new eaves.(house/garage).
***** was our salesman and he’s very professional/organized. He was amazing to deal with through both our large projects. Their roofing team was great to work with and their eaves team was also very accommodating and easy to get along with. This is a family run business. In business for 26 years. Highly recommend this company for your home renovation projects. In the office is ****** and ********
Both these ladies were wonderful throughout their communication. ****** was the contact to let you know when your project was set to begin. ******** looked after accounts and knew everything that was going on with our projects/sent out our invoices in a timely manner and answered any or all questions we had. Once the jobs were done ***** came out for a final walk through and took photos. It was a pleasure to do business with this company. We like them so much we are waiting for some new windows to be installed later this summer or early fall. Thank you again
