    * ***** ******** ******* ******* ****** Planet Concrete Ltd. for snow removal services. My experience with them has been extremely disappointing, and they have failed to honour their contractual obligations. I signed a snow removal contract with them for my property in Richmond Hill from December 7, 2024, to March 31, 2025. I paid in advance via monthly post-dated cheques, expecting reliable service as discussed in our agreement. However, on January 12, 2025, after a snowfall of over 5 cm, I requested service according to our contract. Shockingly, they refused to attend, claiming they only clear snowfalls of 5 cm or more—even though I sent them photo evidence proving the snowfall exceeded that amount. They ignored my proof and completely disregarded their commitment. Even more frustrating, the contract states that if the snowfall is under 5 cm, they would attend for an additional charge—yet they never offered this option. They ignored my requests and refused to fulfill their obligations. Due to their clear breach of contract, I had no choice but to terminate their services and demand a refund. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they have failed to provide a refund or acknowledge their wrongdoing. This company is unprofessional, unreliable, and *********. ** ****** *********** ****** *********** They do not honour their commitments and have demonstrated a complete lack of integrity in their business practices. I am now pursuing legal action to recover my funds. Save yourself the frustration—**** * **** ******* ******* **** ******** ** *** *********

    We were referred to Planet Concrete and couldnt be happier with how they maintained our front yard from snow. They always advised us in advance when they would be coming by. We will be calling them back for snow removal again.
