  I had a terrible experience with Appliance Repair Crew *** **** ********* ** **** ******. The technician they sent, ******, was unqualified, ****, *** **********. He failed to fix the issue I called about but still charged me over $300. What’s worse, he was dishonest about the work done.
  When I called the company to complain, instead of trying to resolve the issue, they hung up on me. Absolutely unprofessional behavior from start to finish.
  I am now pursuing legal action and taking them to Small Claims Court. No one should be treated like this, and companies like this need to be held accountable. * ******** ********* ******** ********* ****** **** ** *** ******

  They give us wrong diagnoses, the most expensive one (compressor) and forcing us to do it. We asked only for a quote.
  Later, other company fixed our fridge. It was something else and they fixed for much, much less money.
  Truly upset with Appliance Repair Crew from Markham.
  On very end, we paid for a quote (wrong one) but couldn't avoid that.

  I called them to fix my washing machine. It was making noises and would not wash the clothes. They told me it was going to cost $79.00. Then proceeded to charge me $295.00 and told me that I needed an additional part which would cost $527.00 plus labour. They are not professional *** ********* ****.   We had a disappointing experience with Appliance Repair Crew. We called them to repair our dishwasher, and they charged us $79 for an initial assessment. They informed us it would cost $335 to repair the issue, which we had to pay upfront.
  After the repairman completed the job and left, we turned on the dishwasher only to discover it was still malfunctioning. When we contacted the company again, they told us it would now cost an additional $1100 to fully fix the problem. At that price, we could have purchased a brand-new dishwasher for much less.
  We feel misled by their initial quote and are frustrated by the poor service and lack of transparency. We would not recommend Appliance Repair Crew based on our experience.

  diagnosis. The Technician didn't even look at the entire machine to diagnosis the actual problem, he told the drum alignment was off and quoted $280 to fix if any parts needed it will be an additional charge. Later after opening the washer it was determined that the drum needs to be replaced and it will cost $150. It is a gimmick of them to charge $280 for ever visit before repair. Do not recommend them.

  The Technician didn't even look at the entire machine to diagnosis the actual problem, he told me the timer was faulty charged me $90 and quoted $265 to MAYBE fix the issue.
  My husband came home late the same day and found a belt was off its track.

  ********* *************** technician called me to **** at me , terrible customer service , and very ***** business practices.400 dollars for my washing machine to break after 31 days! Harry the technician is unclear on what the problem was to begin with. ********!

  I requested for service on my Washer and when the technician showed up and without doing anything said the labour cost is $295.00 plus HST before he could tell me the problem. After a few minutes he quoted me part for $371.25 to fix the problem. I said to him order the part, come back and fix the issue before I pay for the part. The tech agreed but wanted me to pay the full labour cost so I said how do I know you will come back after paying you $295 plus HST so we agreed and I paid him $200.00 plus HST with him promising to be back with the part to complete the job. 2 weeks after and no call from them I followed up just for them to tell me that because I did not pay for the part, they are not coming back. I will not recommend this company to anyone. ** *** *** ***** **** *** ******** *** I will pursue this further.

  I called, what I thought was a local appliance repair place. My ****** search was redirected to them and when I asked who they were I was mislead into believing they were the local repair business. They came to my house and again mislead me to believe that they had taken over the local business. I was given an invoice, which was double the amount that the local business would have charged me. I found this all out the next day. I thought I was paying the whole invoice! Now they want to charge me a cancellation fee that is equal to the amount I paid. This company is misleading, ************, ****, outrageously expensive and all I received was a headache *** * ******* ** ***** ********** ***** ********* ** ***********. Worst experience in dealing with a business I have ever had!
