    The manager at ********* ***** Calgary, Alberta. So **** to the customer. She even says Nothing can be done after you walk out of store. NO Exchange or Warranty (even manufacture defective) *** ** *****  I had an email indicated that i can return my electric kettle to the store for them to ship back under warranty. She refused to do *** ***** ** ****. She has an attitude, very impolite . As a customer i feel like *** ******* **** ***** *** ********* Once you paid for the product you are on your own.

    Brand new set of pots (10 pieces). One piece had warranty defect (inside of pot was blemished). Two phone calls, 3 emails - 1 of which was requesting the request be escalated - proof of purchase the week before, detailed pictures of defect - all in vain. The only recourse was to mail the pot, with proof of delivery, to Toronto - the cost of which was more than the pot was worth. Then wait a delay of 12 weeks to see if the claim would be accepted??? Notice that head office in Toronto has no way listed of contacting them! Never will I buy a product from this company that does not honor it's warranty - manufacturing defect no less. Life time warranty - wonder what it is good for. Shame on J.A. Henckels for allowing this to tarnish their reputation.

    Bad customer service, placed an order with multiple items online in November 2022. Only one item received. Contacted their customer service a few times and I am still waiting for the missing items. It has been more than 7 months and they charged my credit card for the entire order right at the beginning. Unacceptable!

    Terrible customer service, I will never deal with this company again! Placed an order for a Christmas present back in November. Already March with no response and just reached out to be told my order is now going to be cancelled.

    Ordered a pot on Nov 28 (promo price) and sent an inquiry on shipping status on Dec 2. Received a reply on Dec 5 telling me that product is out of stock and to allow 2 weeks for them to replenish. Followed up on Jan 7 since there was still no update. Received a notification on Jan 9 that they are cancelling my order as they cannot restock. There were pots showing available in their site just in a different color so I told them to send me that instead. They told me to reorder but didn’t want to honor the discounted price that I paid and at that point I would have had to pay almost double the price. Very poor customer service! Annoying that they show available in the website and allow you to proceed with check out, take your money then after more than a month they cancel your order because they cannot restock. And you have to follow up, if you forget about your order they just keep silent, they don’t say anything and you don’t get a refund.

    I Purchased one set from ******. After the first use, the knife got bent and when I contacted Zwilling they told me that I should be using a professional sharpening company to fix it but my question is that the knife is already bent. If I sharpen it, they have to cut the metal thin so it will lose some metal, since they offer a lifetime warranty, it should be replaced but their customer service is denying replacement. So I return the product back to ****** and will not buy again. They make a false life time warranty and do not stand by it

    I placed an order for a long-slot auto toaster and my bank account was charged immediately for this purchase, however, I had no acknowledgment from Zwilling on stock or estimated delivery. I emailed customer service and was then sent a form letter stating my purchase would be shipped A.S.A..P. no time was given and no apology. After several emails and form letter answers I finally received the toaster three weeks later, following which, I had nothing but problems with the operation of this appliance. The function buttons were mechanical and not touchpad which is what they should have been, they did not always respond to the function and finally, the toast lifter which was motorized, stuck on the bottom of the slots, so the toaster was toast. I contacted Zwilling and explained the situation they requested a video or photograph of the toaster which to my mind is ridiculous and just a stalling tactic. In their next email they requested I return the toaster to them at my own cost and they would refund the amount paid for the toaster, after paying for the shipping that would only leave me with less than 50% of my purchase amount. This toaster is defective and definitely should be replaced by Zwilling or a full refund given but they continue to insist on my paying for the return shipping, they know the odds are, people will not put out more money only to take a loss, they are willingly selling defective items and not honoring the sale, I would have to say their sales and customer service is shameful to say the least.

    I returned a blender that leaked June 23, 2022 and have still not received the new blender 7 months later. I asked for a complete refund now but they refused.

    Before you order anything from Zwilling Canada online, think twice! It will be hit and miss. Based on my most recent experience, here is the summary: My orders stayed in processing status for longer than two weeks. I had to contact the customer service before they started pay attention to my orders. They over sold items and started to cancel my orders after I contacted them. After all, I didn't see any communications before I contact their customer service and I high suspect that my orders would be sitting idle for forever if I didn't contact them. Really really disappointed by them.

    I have tried to order online. They charged me and after months of never receiving an email saying your order has been shipped (it clearly said to wait for the email) i followed up to find out they had no intentions of sending my order. They took payment. After months of back and forth emails (i gave them my phone #) they finally got back to me and said my order won’t be coming but heres 15% off your next order for the inconvenience. They didn’t give my money back till i said… ummm i paid for said order. So follow up… i tried again. Yes maybe stupid but i really want something and that discount code doesn’t work. I have screenshots of everything. They clearly don’t care about me or my $ I’m trying to spend with them. I’m appalled honestly. * ** ** ******** *** * **** ** ********** ***** ******* *** **** ***** ***** ****** *** ** ****** ***. Don’t waste my time if you don’t care.
