    **** *** ***** ******** ** *** **** ******** **** *** ************. They have promised a replacement over 6 months ago and still have not sent it. They continue to send excuses, refuse to have a manager call me, and have taken my money for faulty products. Seems that this is a common occurrence with all their customers. What happened to this company?

    I ordered some tweezers from this company on July 16, 2022 totalling $61.22. I was given information that I would get a tracking number as soon as the items ordered have been shipped. A month later, I took the initiative of calling the company to find out where they were with the delivery. Then I got an email from this company telling me that you the items were on back order with no ETA. They offered me a coupon for 30% discount on my next purchase with them. I contacted them again on the September 16, 2022 and received another email apologizing for the delayed shipment of my order and confirm that ‘they escalated my request for a cancellation to their back office” - I have already requested a full refund in my email on September 16. I emailed again on Friday, September 30 asking for their delivery status. On Monday, October 3 they send me an email informing me that “ their warehouse has notified us that there were some order cancellations completed as they were unable to be fulfilled. Due to the technical issues we have encountered from the system migration, your order was cancelled as it was affected by the system migration.… We regret that we did not inform you earlier as we appreciate that do you have waited a long time for your order. We sincerely apologize… As a token of our apology, we would like to offer you a 30 coupon do you use on your next order … ” I have again reiterated my request for a full refund today October 6, 2022. Up to this minute, no mentioning of an expected time of arrival of the items ordered on July 16, 2022, nor a full refund of what they charged on the day of the order which was July 16, 2022. meantime, I have filed for a dispute with my credit card company. This is a big shame for a company that is as big as Zwillings.

    They do NOT follow their guarantee promised when you buy a product. Two stainless steel fry pans 9.5 & 11 in. were returned for replacement due to peeling of the Teflon coating. These were returned as requested by Zwilling on JUNE 19th 2022. Follow-up contacts made AUG. 15 & OCT.2022. I was told in Aug. that my frying pans would be replaced. HaHa Gotcha! says Zwilling, as I still have NO replacements. Five months later, I ask for a refund, as they are NOT able to replace my pans and I was denied. Just a "sorry" after 5 months. Will never buy there products again. I thought the more you spend the better the product, no so. Hope my knives can opener, knife sharpener never need the attention of Zwilling. Another very displeased customer! Sharon
