      My leased Toyota-*** got written off in February due to an accident. My insurance company ****** was able to send a cheque to Toyota Financial $29,630.70 of during the last week of February. I am aware that my lease balance is $22,602.48. I called Toyota Financial to follow up on the status of my overpayment and account status and I was able to speak to someone "Toheed" who said that I will be expecting the overpayment cheque within 10 business days (March 10 to estimate). Until now I have not gotten ANYTHING not even an update from the company in regards to my account status. I have attempted several calls and NO ONE COULD BE OF HELP. One person even hung up on me! I was informed that a woman name SHANISSE with extension **** is the one who could only help me as she is in charge of my file. I have left several voicemails and SHE HAS NEVER GOTTEN BACK TO ME. Some other customer service person even said they received a cheque 'that is lesser that what I owe'. Another person said Shanisse is still waiting for some other refund. Something is going on and this is clearly depriving a person of their own money. I KNOW THE NUMBERS AND I KNOW HOW THINGS WORK. I have given everyone OVER A MONTH TO DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY and still NOTHING. I was hoping I would not get to the point of having my lawyer reach out to Toyota Financial so this is the LAST thing that I will do on my own effort. I will never recommend anyone to deal with Toyota Financial Services nor will I be getting a new car from Toyota because of this! **** ** ********** *** *******

      I have been having ***** issues with Toyota and there service ** ********,

      First: bought my highlander in NB moved back to alberta (JUNE) AND STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY DOCUMENT REQUIRED TO PLATE THE VEHICLE HERE

      Second: Payments I keep making my payments woth NB taxes which I keep being promissed someone will contact me to do the required credit no one does.

      Third: I can no longer drive my vehicle its going on for 58 days because its tags are expired and I am forced to rent a vehicle $1580 a month

      Forth: Each time I call no manager is available and no call backs

      Fifth: They keep sending me letters saying I am late when my payment dates are the 20th of each month,

      Sixth: They are damaging my credit bureau the last few days because of this.

      Seventh: Dealership where I bought the vehicle even contacted them

      Eight: Payed for extra warranty of vehicle needs to be serviced that I get a loaner, all the dealerships do not offer that service!!!

      I am tired of being ripped off and taken advantage of, There is no help from this company at all!!

      I got a car in December. Toyota credit Canada took a long time to set my account so I called in to check what was going on. I verified my information and they said they’ll take it out of my account. They ended up double charging *** *** * ** ** * ********* ******** and they are refusing to refund me.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I called and asked the company to remove preauthorized payments so this wouldnt happen again and I would pay directly from online banking. I paid my payment on January 31, 2023. On February 3, they took out money again which was not authorized. So they either did not stop preauthorized payments or they are actively taking unauthorized payments from me. They cant keep doing this!!!

      Spoke to toyota credit canada several times. Given information about pay out balance. Was told additional fees such as admin fees and taxes extra. Agreed to buy out vehicle. Contacted ***** ****** toyota as required was given price value much higher. Toyota credit services told me several times there number i owed 9118. Toyota ***** told me 10700. When i questioned toyota credit services they instructed me there number was accurate. I have the money to pay the balance as i have a credit on file with toyota. I just want to pay the balance toyota credit services has instructed me
