      ** * ***** **** ******** ********* ** ******* * ***** * ***** ** ***** ******* ** *** ***** this Combined Insurance of America. **** *** ******** *** **** ***** **** ******** They constantly use any opportunity to delay and not to pay claims.
      In case of accident you will talk to Combined Insurance of America's office for hours, and each time you will be promised to speed up the process and resolve ASAP.
      We bought hospital insurance. We were told that the payment would be based on two parameters: the fact of being admitted and staying in a hospital, and if the reason for staying in the hospital is an accident.My husband had a ****** on December 14, 2024.He was in the hospital for two weeks. On December 30, we provided all the documents from the hospital from an attending doctor. Combined Insurance of America's representative told us that it would take 15 business days to review. I called several times and asked if everything was okay, if any additional documents were needed. They said that everything was okay.
      After some time, it turned out that we needed to fill out an application form. There was no information about it.We could find it on their website only under the guidance of a company representative. Ok, we filled out the application form together with the family doctor and provided it to their website.In this form, our doctor clearly indicated that the ****** happened for the first time. 3 wks ago, I called them, and the representative said that they would pay out next week. 2 wks ago, they sent a request by regular mail, not by a fax!, to our doctor's office.
      Despite the fact that the doctor already clearly wrote that my husband did not have a ****** earlier, they asked again if he had or not. In addition, they regularly take their premium from our bank account.
      We are completely out of money and we cannot stop paying them as it will be considered a breach of contract on our side.
      ** *** *** ***** ********** You will lose your money, nerves and time.
