      I HAVE BEEN BLOCKED FOR BIDDING .FOR 3 MONTHS. I HAVE SENT MANY EMAILS AND CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TO FIND OUT WHY. THERE IS NOTHING I DID TO WARRANT THIS THAT I KNOW OF. THEY JUST DONT RESPOND!

      This company put three boxes of returns on top of the 42 box skid and claimed it was all returns When I receive the Skid the top three boxes were as pictured the other boxes underneath contained garbage such as bananas dirty diapers photos broken car parts anything but return this company misled me into bidding on the Skid saying it was returns Knowing that it was personal photos Chinese school work garbage as in banana peel’s in diapers and they charge me the $800 for bidding and then $850 for shipping to my city when I tried to contact them they keep avoiding me hanging up telling me that they have an emergency and then hang up they won’t respond by email to my claims **** **** ***** *** ****** ** ***

      worst customer service ever. Boughr some items and asked for them to be sent to my shipping address on the invoice . I even put an extra note to the auctioneer to have the items sent to the shipping address. this was not done . they sent it to an old address and the items were never recieved. no refund for the items or the shipping that they sent the items to the wrong address. ***** *** ******** **** **** ********  worst customer service ever.

      Auction Mongers on 24 July 2022 advertise and sold to me ******* Inflatable Bouncer with Blower. I picked up this set a few days later and after opening box at home I realized that blower was not there(missing). I filed complaint and sent pictures of that staff, but company customer support said , "We found this item was sold in an New condition and the item listed online is a match to the item actually sold. As this box was Manufacture sealed, we are not responsible for manufacture defects. As per our policies and terms and conditions, Your claim cannot be processed. They are saying that AUCTION MONGERS are not responsible what they are selling and what is in the package. ** ******* ** **** ******** **** *** ******** **********
