    I think they operate without any regard for privacy and respect to be asked to stop their outrageous emails claiming over 10K is owed on phone services. I replied to their email asking them to cease and desist with the emails or they will be reported to the LSO Law Society of Ontario. Apparently they didn’t get the message. ** ***** **** * ****. I will be filing a complaint this coming week.

    In 2016 ***** dinged me almost $400, for data charges in my house because the wifi kicked out again *****. I paid for the bill; although, it happened again the next month for another $400. I called ***** to cancel my account and they are not getting another $400. * *** ** ******* ** *** ***** I have been getting ******** for eight years now. * ********* **** ** ********* ******* * ***** *** ****** ***** *** **** **** **** ***** **** ***** ******* I don’t know what to do because they are threatening to take my new car from me and take me to court. Before I bought the car I asked my financial institution if I owed anything to any creditors and it came up empty this last October 2023. A month into buying the vehicle I was sent now two letters indicating that they are going to take me to court. *** ** ******* **** **

    Keep getting robo calls for a non existent person. When I answer it just hangs up. Tried to call back number to explain, always get hang ups. Sent an online request, nothing. *** **** ** *************** ** **** ******* ** **********

    We continue to get automated calls to our residence and have tried numerous times calling the number in your voice mail with no response. Kindly stop calling our residence or do us the courtesy of sending us a letter by mail defining what it is you want to discuss.

But yet I receive *********** emails that they will take me to court, garnish my wages and so on.     It’s one thing to call numerous times leaving *********** automated voicemails to innocent peoples phone numbers AND family member’s of said INNOCENT person, but it’s another to send ********* *********** letters to said INNOCENT person who does not in fact owe ANY money to the assumed account.

    These repeat callers are trying to come after me for a debt that i never acknowledged and even if it did belong to me it would be way past the statute of limitations. theyve now threatened legal action and/or garnishing my wages with no legal foot to stand on shortly before hanging up on me twice.
    ive asked to be removed from their call list which they have refused to so i will either begin blocking numbers or filing a consumer protection complaint against them.
