    I have been ******** by them for about two months and I finally called back they said I have a debt that if I don't pay they will be taking me to court immediately.... ** *** ********* ********** *** **** ** **** ***** I said I would pay it on a payment plan and he said "that doesnt exist" and then said "let me see what I can do" and it turned into said person being extremely nice to me * * ***** **** **** * **** ** I dont have anything on my credit report that he's claiming I do - It's all scare tactics for them to try and make any amount of money - I've been called from 3-6 different numbers as well
    When I called again today he magically had my file pulled up without even asking for my last name.. It's extremely suspicious and they won't leave me alone..
    I never received any letter stating I owe or that they would be taking me to court which he is threatening me with
    ** *** **** **** *** *********** ***** *** ** ******* A lot of companies buy super old debts to try and get you to repay any amount using scare tactics.. when in reality they don't actually have the information they need to go after you so when they ask you to "confirm your address" and birthday etc they can gain that info to pursue you and your "debt"

    Every day, except for weekends, I get an automated call from them. I've blocked all their numbers but it still goes through to voice mail. They have sent a letter wanting me to pay the debt and if I don't, they will force me to go through bankruptcy. Such underhanded, ****** threats get nowhere with me. Calling every day, sometimes even twice a day ** **** ********** *** if they continue, I will have no recourse but to sue them to cease and desist.

    I keep getting calls with an automated message telling me to call TPH Law. This is a company phone and I have no idea who the name is that they are looking forr. There is absolutely no reason for them to be calling a business cell phone. They won't answer the phone and I can't even let them know that they have reached a business not a personI. I have called and left a voicemail requesting them to stop calling, but no answer on their end. They need to stop.
