    I am an existing customer of this company for snow clearing services for at my house. I've been a client for many years. This year, this company has not performed their snow clearing work poorly.
    They have done the minimum expected every snowfall. When I called Roger, my contact there he made a lot of noise about wanting to help resolve my complaints, with no actual remedies done.
    They clear only a shovel width of snow on steps and front walk way. Leaving plenty of possibility that someone might slip and fall. They have left slush 3 inches deep and never came back to clear it before it froze, even after I alerted them to the problem. Most recently Feb 27, we had a snow fall and they did not come at all. No steps, walkways or driveway cleared. I've called Roger about this and now he's not returning calls or texts. Their workers have no interest is doing anything but minimal work and Roger doesn't care to remedy any problem. It's about to snow 10" tomorrow March 4. I believe that they won't come then either.     ***** I’m sorry you feel this way or for anything that happened last winter that might have upset you. You signed up with us in 2011 and have been with us ever since. It’s been 12 years now. Last year was a rough one. We are the largest residential snow removal company in Markham. If I could tell you how many other companies called us to try and help bail them out when they were in the weeds and we couldn’t because we were dealing with our own customers, it would shock you. Again I apologize for anything that might have upset you with regards to service last winter. You know we always do our best…. and it’s fine, we can tack the flack but if we are late or something, it’s not an issue to do with just us. Every snow removal company are in the weeds when there is a two foot historical snowstorm that gets rained on and becomes cement. We do everything we can to keep all of our customers happy and I stand behind all my guys as I know they always try their hardest to get to everyone of our good customers as fast as they can. As per the small claims court, I haven’t heard anything, you got my proper mailing address? I can come pick up the documents if you prefer. Let me know.

    And as for your $300 bucks, you can have it man. All you had to do was ask or talk to me. I can’t always answer right in the middle of a storm but after 12 years of being with us, I think you know the deal. You think it does me any good to take $300 from someone to leave a bad review? I never heard anything from you until this. Hundreds upon hundreds upon hundreds of customers each year that we service and the winter is a tough time to try and do our best to keep everyone happy but we try. 12 years of service that you were clearly happy with or you wouldn’t have consistently signed up year after year. Now this? Unbelievable man. Anyway. Sorry you feel that way. I just don’t even know what to say. I’ll plow your house for free next year since you got so upset from last season. The last thing I would ever want is to upset a customer. Anyway, cheers. Call me whenever to discuss.
