      Purchased a fridge from ******, and the Midea fridge stopped working within the year and was replaced, when the technician advised it was t worth fixing. My replacement fridge has lasted 5 months and has freezer burnt everything and isn’t cooling. I’ve lost about 500$ in food between both issues and can’t seem to get a technician out, and my complaint has been over a week.

      Purchased vacuum from ********* spring of 2024. Winter of 2024, the vacuum stopped working. ****** does not handle complaints or issues and I was told to reach out to Eureka directly.

      I did so and was approved for a refund which I was told would be issued via check and should arrive within 21 business days. It took over 40 business days to arrive.

      Not only did it arrive very late, but the check was not able to be cashed because they got my name wrong **** *******. My bank confirmed I would not be able to cash it so I took photos, called Eureka to request a new check be issued and emailed photos as proof. That was March 8th 2025.

      Since then, I have been given zero updates and the same canned replies about how this is important and urgent and blah blah blah.

      I just want my **** money back from these people.

      I purchased a dehumidifier unit manufactured by Midea at ******** **** on May 4, 2024. It is covered under a 1 year warranty. I noticed right away that the plastic handle for the unit was not well-made. However, in late July the plastic handle used to lift the unit and empty out the bottom water reservoir broke, making it extremely difficult to empty the unit without spilled and I also have back problems. I contacted Midea on August 2, 2024 to file a warranty claim since the broken handle falls under a defective part within the unit. I provided multiple photos, product information (serial no), and my original receipt. I was told I would be reimbursed the full purchase price. On August 2nd I was told: "We are pleased to inform you that the refund for your Midea? product has been submitted for review as of today. If approved, the check will be sent to the address below: ******** ***** **** ******* *** ******* ** You may expect delivery within 14-21 business days (4-6 days for approval, 10-14 days for delivery). If for some reason the request is denied, an associate will follow up with you to inform you of the reason." I was never informed that the request was denied, but I followed up with them on September 2, 2024 (21 business days later) asking about the status of the refund. I was told that my warranty claim was escalated for approval and then cancelled, and that I would have to wait an additional 21 business days for a new claim to be processed. It is now about to be 21 business days later and I have not received a reimbursement or any correspondence from them regarding my warranty claim. I am still unsure of why my original warranty claim was cancelled. I did receive a customer service survey via email on August 17 asking me to rate my experience, but no details regarding my claim. I have left them multiple voicemails via phone with no reply.
