      Bought ** washer and dryer at ****'s in Simcoe. Had reputable plumber do connections, First use washer leaked water onto floor. Asked the plumber to come back and double check it. He did and we discovered after he ran the washer to make sure that the washer in fact is leaking on the left hand side. (asking him to come and double check cost another $50) Contacted ****'s for a refund, was told no and to contact Midea for warranty. Contacted Midea customer service, did what they asked, sent photos and our receipt etc. It took over 2 weeks for them to send a repair tech. He confirmed broken washer parts and ordered parts. A month later no parts. Contacted Midea SEVERAL times asking for help which finally after another 2 weeks we were told it had been "escalated" nothing happened. Just an email thanking me for patience. Called again, and again. Was told a second time it is being "escalated" Finally when it was confirmed that the service tech had been told it was "escalated" he still had not heard from MIDEA and no parts.
      I called Midea and was determined to get somewhere with it. Told customer service I want a refund-no-then i want a new washer-no-after an hour of asking for a supervisor or manager customer service says you will have a new washer in 2 business days. Asked her to send a confirmation email with the date,she agreed but it never came. At that point supervisor gets on phone and starts telling me some procedure that goes via ****s. I said they needed to pay for hookup and test it while here, she said no, call ****s..I told her you call ****s I don't work for Midea customer service..she hung up on me. 3 days later still no email from Midea. and of course no washer was delivered. ****'s sales person tried to help but her manager has done nothing just sent an email telling me I have to be patient it has been escalated, *************** ****'s and Midea customer service are NON-EXISTANT. WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM EITHER AGAIN! ******* ** ***

      Midea Canada does NOT offer any service on the ****** vacuum brand they market and sell in Canada . they offer NO repair service and NO parts to fix a broken ****** vacuum cleaner .. Their promise of " performance, quality and value " is meaningless .. buyers of the ****** vacuum brand beware . if your vacuum breaks down and you live in Canada, neither the company nor any of it's retail dealers will not help you out .. ****** does NOT supply parts to retail vacuum shops in Ontario .. so if you own a ****** vacuum in Ontario you cannot buy parts anywhere nor get the unit repaired .. a broken ****** vacuum is a " throwaway " item .. ****** ******** ************ ***

      Horrible customer support. I was asked to fill out the details for my complaint, which I did. I followed up after a week but no response. I kept following up but as usual no response to the emails. This was regarding the refrigerant re-filling for my ****** Portable AC, but they won't do anything. I hope they respond **** *******  
      Definitely, not going to buy their or ****** products.
