    I had the displeasure of using this firm for a move. They used one size of box, breakables were wrapped in an outrageous amount of paper which was absolutely unnecessary, boxes were only half full. Most of my things were thrown into the boxes unceremoniously. Cleaning products leaked all over my shoes???
    When came the time to empty the POD, I found that there was barely a piece of furniture that didn’t have some form of damage. Based on the loading experience I decided to go with another company for unpacking, they were disguised by what they saw in the POD.
    When I spoke to the owner of Muskoka about the damage, the only response I got was ‘prove it’. ******* ****** ***** **** ******* **** *** ******* ** ***** **** **** * **** ******* ************* ******* *** * ***** ***** ** ******** *** * **** * *****

    ** *** *** **** ******* *** **** ****** *****. The proposal/quote did not show the true costs of the move and I received invoices in excess of $7,000. Do not provide your credit card for the deposits. The owner retains the credit card number and used it without my permission. I had to cancel my credit card. The owner ******* me on the day of the move, stating his company could just walk and not complete the move. I had the company do my packing and a large number of the boxes were half filled and as a result I paid for an excess number of boxes and wrapping paper. The quote stated TV and picture boxes would be included, none were provided. Instead they used moving blankets which resulted in additional charges for the rental of blankets. The mover was not on time as a result I didn't vacate my home until 7 pm. The contents of my home took over 72 hours to be stored into the POD that I rented and when everything did not fit I had to find an alternate storage place. The size of the POD I select based on the owner of Muskoka Movers recommendation. When the move into my new place was delayed, the moving company owner kept calling and texting me that he needed his moving blankets. When I wrote they were ready for pick up it took him in excess of 1 week to pick them up. He would not provide address to drop them off. ** *** *** **** ******
