    We went online to find airport parking for the 28th of February 2023. I was in need of valet parking as I have medical problems with my foot and am unable to walk far without pain. We booked Valet parking on the Skypark website as the price seemed very good for valet, and it included all of our information on flights, vehicle etc..
    When we arrived there, we found just a small kiosk with an unpleasant man who then laughed when he told me "Oh, we don't have valet parking" after we paid, thinking we would need to leave our car with him. The website is fairly clear that they do have valet parking and only that one of their parking locations was closed (did not say the valet parking, just one parking location). When driving into the lot, we passed another car that opened their window and told us not to park there.
    We had timed our arrival time, were slightly late due to traffic, and we had just paid mistakenly for valet, so we could not try to find other valet parking.
    We returned March 7th, and due to a recent snow storm, the vehicle was blocked in by the lots snowplowing and was frozen. I had to chip away and kick at the snow to get out of our spot for 20 minutes, further inflaming my bad foot. We would mot have had to deal with this if had truly been valet parking.

    I paid for "Valet" parking with this business and when I arrived to the parking lot at 2am it turned out there was no valid. The employee said the valet was closed since covid over two years ago and has not been brought back. I receive emails and their website clearly states Valet lot is the same lot as their self park. **** ** ********** *** ** ****** I was from London and could not rebook, etc. due to no computer and not knowing where any of the other parking lots were. I wand a full refund since I paid for Valet and there was not and has not been any for over two years and skypark still advertise it in emails and on their website. ******** ** * **** ** ***** ******* *********** *** *** **** ** ** *********** *** what I paid that clearly states Valet.
