    2024 Kia Telluride. Now 6 weeks in and can not get KIA App to work properly. Have e mailed 4 times never ever a reply and phone is always busy when you call support (15 times over 3 weeks)

    Engine needs rebuild at under 100,000 Km on 2016 Kia Soul but it is out of warranty - issues relate directly to ***** recall but because the "required code" never comes up they will not extend the warranty. Kia Canada case started was instantly rejected notwithstanding known issues with their GDI engines being defective.

    Currently own a 2016 Kia Sorento LX Turbo with 138'500kms on it. Brought it into the dealership for engine light and was told one of the cylinders blew and I need a new engine....quoted me $34'000 for a new one.... but yet still did the oil change and had to pay for that. How does an engine die when its not even at the regular usage yet?! Started hearing others state issues that I had been running into.... losing oil etc which apparently is a common issue and recalls had been issued in other countries but not here.... so now out a car as I don't have that kind of money for a rebuilt which will still run at least $12'000.... furious. Will never buy another kia

    Went to buy a KIA and was informed I must pay for the rust protect option, appearance package option and the extended warranty option.
    This comes to almost another $6,000 over the msrp.
    The car was also a few thousand over the listed MSRP.
    **** ******* ********* ******* **** ** *******. You are forced into buying options you could say no to before that don't come with the manufacturer.
    I have an audio recording with a Salesman admitting this and I will be taking it to the news and a lawyer. ** ** ******* ** ***** ****** ** *** *** ****** **** ***** **** **** *** ***.
    I have had 3 KIA's in this family in the past 12 13 years.

    It's not like things are not hard enough for use you need to abuse us also.

    Roadside assistance that comes with the new Kia.
    Flat tire on a warm sunny day, and told help will arrive sometime in the next 120 mins. Hate to think how long the wait would be in bad weather.
    **** ** *** *** *** ** **** be prepared to wait quite a long time if you ever need roadside assistance.

    I had to order a part and prepay for it for work that needed to be done and the gentleman that sold me the part that I prepaid for called me and told me that he could book me in in 2 weeks that my part was in but he neglected to tell me that I only had 10 days to return that part if I wanted to before I was unable to return it anymore so I tried to return it but I was told I was * ****. yep that's right that I was * **** they said that the gentleman would have told me the rules that I only had 10 days to return it and I said he did not. Needless to say I'm stuck with $178 part *** ********** *** * ***** * **** ***** **** ********* *** ** ****** *** ***** ******** *** ***** ** *** ********* ******* ***** ***** ****** * *****

    ** *** *** * *** ******* *** ** ****. K have had issues with this car from day 1 of buying it. Took good care of it the whole time I’ve had it. My 2017 Kia Optima has 94000 km on it and the motor needs replacing.
    They replaced my turbo 2 years ago, plus censors and a bunch of other stuff. The car is junk. Spent 30,000 to drive 5 years and now toast. **** ***** ********* **** ********** ***** *** ****** *** ** *** ** *** *********. The car smells like gas and rotten fuel, misfiring, motor gone, no power, and only has 94000km, not even broke in yet. Dealer ship says can’t find my paperwork that was signed when I bought it. *** ** ******* *** **** ***** ****

    I bought a 2022 Soul and it has been nothing but trouble. It's been in the shop on and off for weeks on end. It doesn't like to start and they have just thrown parts at it to hope it works. Not once has Kia Canada reached out to me directly to offer any kind of support or compensation. I was literally told "that's what warranty is for"... Well warranty doesn't pay my car payments for a vehicle I can't drive, does it? This was my 6th Kia vehicle and it will be my last.

    Kia optima 2017 hybrid premium. in the last three year, it keep showing engin erro light while driving in the high way 1 in vancouver, BC, Canada.
    I talked with kia vancouver 326-1060 , several times but always push me to the next person and next time .I have to drive to the maintainance office , all my matian in the office at a high price and check several time. but the problem getting more frequent and now the car will stop every 2 days in the hight way 1 , but they never solve this problem and the car almost can not drive anymore. this is still in the powertrain and hybrid systems warranty. what a bad quality of this car. and what a bad service kia.
    this wednesday I will drive to have a check for this problem again. talked them , I was told I will not be allowed to enter in to check the car. stay out wait like before. I believe this problem will last forever and nevet be solved . believe kia wish me to dump this car which is only 5 year old. what a upset of me.
