      Extremely Disappointed with ******* ****** *** Nissan Canada – ***** ******
I’m incredibly disappointed with the way ******* ****** *** Nissan Canada handled my situation. I purchased a brand new 2015 Nissan Sentra, *** ** * ******** *****, I also opted for the extended warranty to protect my investment. I’ve been the sole owner, maintained the car responsibly, and it only has 134,000 km on it.
Shortly after my extended warranty expired, the transmission failed—an issue that is well-documented with Nissan CVTs. I reached out to ******* ****** *** Nissan Canada, expecting at least some level of support, especially considering I’ve been a loyal customer and spent extra for coverage. Instead, * *** ********** **** *** ** **** They showed no willingness to help, no goodwill assistance, and no appreciation for brand loyalty. It seems that once your warranty ends—even if it’s just recently—they completely wash their hands of any responsibility, regardless of how many vehicles you’ve purchased or how premature and costly the failure is.
      This experience has shattered my trust in **** *** ********** *** Nissan as a brand. * ***** ******** ******* ****** *********** * ****** ******* ** ***** ****** ********** ***** ******* ** ***** ******** or expecting any post-warranty support.

I got a 2016 nissan rouge when I got it it had 108000k. By the time I got to 130000k my ctv started to go. It's dangerous and it's a costly fix. Nissan told me it can be over 10000 to fix it. Just for it to go out again. ***** ******** ** ** **** ******* * ******* Should've went with anything with an automatic. No I still got 9000 left to pay off and a failed cvt. They said to that for their Diagnostic they'll charge me 140$ just to tell me what I already know. Really poor customer service. ** *** *** * *******

I tried to contact them to resolve an issue with their online ordering system. Customer care was not able to resolve or escalate my issue.

The so-called fix for the key problem is not a fix it’s a hack, this only makes the keys impossible to carry in your pocket without getting jabbed. Better to take the key and fob apart and put them on a key ring.

I have a 2014 Nissan rogue with the jackknife keys and they’re both broken due to the pin inside not working right got a recall on them and all they want to do to fix them. Is glue a little piece inside to keep the key up like how cheap can they be Instead of fixing it properly, they glue the key open

I have had a problem with my Nissan leaf 2022 charger. I was advised to contact Nissan Canada. After many phone communications, they said they can't do anything which is not the issue really. The issue is how they turn and twisted my words, to justify themselves and get out of dealing with me. It's a long story and explanation beyond this short review.
Basically, yes it could be the charger or my house outlet, or other reasons. But regardless it's the way they handled this issue and as mentioned the way they twisted my words against me .
I said the Nissan dealership told me and it's on the charger that it works between 220 and 240 volts and was told if even a second below 220 or above 240 it would fail. And I sent pictures of my outlet voltage showing 238 which is in range. Then, Nissan Canada tells me the charger only works at 240 volts, my voltage is 238 so it's my fault and my outlet problem.
They being dishonest and twisting my words is what really matters
And btw, the issue with the charger still persist, but I am going to deal with it.

Had 2015 Pathfinder (less than 100,000 km) towed to *********** Nissan for an i-key system error, car would not start. They had it for 3.5 weeks and could not diagnose the problem. They suggested changing a module for $1,700.00 plus labour but could not guarantee it would work. Car started for a week and then same error came up. I had it towed back to the dealership and they attempted a diagnosis again. Made some possible suggestions with no guarantee. Nissan Canada told the dealership that there was nothing more they can do and to release the vehicle back to customer (me). Now I have a perfectly good Pathfinder which does not start. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

Absolute **** company as a whole, **** customer service and last but not least absolute **** product!!!
This experience is a financial life changing event.
Stay as far away from Nissan products as possible.
Remember the good old days when vehicles ran for 300,000KMS?

My 2019 Nissan Rogue caught on fire on the highway. It was a simple collision with no airbags deployed and my defective sensors did not go off. The bumper came off . Within 8 minutes of the crash, the car was engulfed in flames. The alloy wheels melted … that says something right there. Prior to the accident and complaint that my sensors are defective as well as my brakes. The dealership said there is no issue whatsoever . Well the day of the accident, my sensors did not go off and brakes did not stop in time. Tried to reach Nissan Canada many times to see if they can come to see the car. They refused until transport Canada was involved. Nissan determined that my car was so damaged and burnt that they could not determine cause of fire. They closed my case and I was shut down. This company took no responsibility at all for this. The Rogue was definitely defective and all they cared about was their money from the insurance!!! No sorry, no remorse for the damages they caused and for my pain. I strongly advise anyone NOT TO BUY NISSAN! They have the worst customer service and will not acknowledge any wrong doing! Shame on NISSAN!
      Buyer beware!!!

I have a new 2022 nissan Rogue. It only has 8000 km on it. While driving passing another vehicle the car sounded like it down Shifted and then griding of gears and then proceed to shut down While trying to safely maneuver to the side of the road going 100. The part apparently is going to take 3 weeks to even arrive and I was was not even offered a loaner vehicle because I didn't buy an extended warranty. My car is brand new and could have killed my family due to the unsafe malfunction of this car. I have had to stress and beg for a rental vehicle so I can get to *** ******** ** work and get my children to school. The staff did not care and bounced me around giving me different answers. According to nissan canada the loaner was to the discretion of the dealership. The dealership saying nissan canada had the power to offer this to me. You do not stand behind your product. Your do not respect your customers and do not care for their safety. I purchased this car thinking it was a reliable and safe vehicle for my family. I cannot wait to end this relationship with nissan and will never do business with them again after the car. How do I even proceed to drive this unsafe vehicle even after it is supposedly fixed. Clearly this company does not believe in their product either. **** *********** ** *** ***** **** ***** *** ******* **** ***** **** *** ** **** ******
