I sold my 2020 Subaru Forester back to the dealership from whom I had originally purchased it, ******* Subaru in Ottawa Ontario, on May 26th 2022. I then moved to British Columbia. Multiple issues had risen with the paperwork to finalize the payment and it took a month for me to receive the cheque for my vehicle. In the meantime, I was still being charged my bi-weekly financing fees. The dealership individual I was dealing with indicated this would be resolved and I would get a rebate from Subaru Financing. I followed up multiple times as each month passed, each time the Dealership indicating it was the fault of the Subaru Financing corporation. In August I was finally provided a contact at the Financing corporation, and when I called, they indicated the issue was on the dealership's side as they submitted paperwork indicating that I had sold my vehicle a month later than I had, on June 20th, not May 26th. I contacted the dealership multiple times again, to no avail. I contacted their finance manager via email and via phone (to which I kept leaving voice messages). It has now been almost 5 months and I have not been fully paid for my vehicle, and I'm not getting any responses from the dealership. I've emailed well over 30 times, and called a dozen. **** ** ********** ************** *** ************. ** *** ** ***** they successfully resold my vehicle the week after I had dropped it off, as I had a call from the dealership asking me where some features on the vehicle were (the keys for the Thule roof rack, vehicle history, etc). I would really like resolution. They owe me two of my bi-weekly payments which took place on May 27th and June 10th, each for the amount of $270.96. I have attached my financial report and the history of our email communication, with proof the vehicle was sold on May 26th, 2022. Please help me resolve this case.
