      PROS: Vehicle I was given did not break down though it had a minor electrical problem with a taillight and the brakes had a pulsation in the pedal when braking **** **** ****** CONS: Hidden fees when you get to the counter that were not listed or mentioned during the online booking process. 1) they charged me a daily “transfer fee” to use my own **** insurance policy which covers usage of a rental car. This fee was more expensive than their own insurance that you could add on during the booking process. 2) I was quoted “unlimited mileage” during the booking process. When I get to the rental counter, that went out the window and they slapped on a 1960 km mileage cap for a 14 day rental. 3) They stated that the price I paid for booking was a “base price” that didn’t include the taxes and they would have to charge me tax for the rental when I was at the counter. I looked up the booking email and it had the taxes already included in the booking price already so I got charged taxes twice. 4) I needed a ride with their shuttle to the airport but was pressured to scan a QR code and give them a positive review online BEFORE they would give the ride to the airport. I gave them an initial positive review so I could get my expected ride to the airport and not miss my flight. I have since edited it to explain the real story. They also pointed out a very minor scuff on the back tailgate frame that you would have to squint to see. I hope they don’t charge me for this ** ** ***** *** ****** ******* ***** **** ** ***** **** ****** ***** *** ***** ******* My next car rental in Toronto will definitely not be with *********/Swift car rental. ***** **** **** **** ***** Do the homework & shop around…..

      Great service, quick easy and reliable, must recommend. Drove some extra kms but they let me go. Overall staff was friendly and helpful. AL gave me the car and took good care of service. Thanks team swift

      I found the swift team very helpful and accomodating. The name swift suits them very well, they were very quick to respond to my situation and they helped me very quickly with my needs. I also found them very polite and friendly. When I returned theyre car they very politely drove me home even although I come from the ******** area and they are in Mississauga. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Swift. ***** **

      Renting a car from Swift was exactly as the name suggests - Swift (quick and easy)! Sonia and Andy went above and beyond for my mom when she was in an accident. They assisted with care and made sure she was well taken care of!

      Thank you Swift , I had met with an accident 4 weeks ago and my Insurance company set me up with them.First I was worried as I had never heard of them but they walked me through the entire process and dropped me to the repair facility.

      ******** ********** Was told I would be charged $1250 through a 3rd party site they use for 14 days, went to pick up my rental at 11pm to find out that I still needed to pay them over $650 in undisclosed fees plus a $1000 deposit, $500/week, in case of tickets, didn't want to use my credit card cause it was expiring in 3 months, the car had hood damage, which I have pictures of, we scrapped a low lying curb at our hotel causing minor damage to the front bumper, when we returned it, things got worse, took a $1000 deposit from us without consulting insurance for actual damage estimates, then tried to charge me another $652.68 without supplying any estimates and getting the vehicle repaired before contacting me. Been in a huge battle with them since over a $100 admin fee and they claim the vehicle was out of use for 3 days trying to charge me almost $100/ day, try to discuss it with the manager, Tony, ** ** ***** making *******, demands, and ******** *******. **** ***** ** **** ***** *** ***** ****** ****** **** *** *** **** *** *** * *** **** * **** ********* ****** *****
