      This rental company is ******** ** ******* ******* forcing rental cars to people who have been tolled due to a collision. They are in partnership with towing companies and will present you with a rental and a sweet talk about how they are doing you a favour. But be aware! You cannot return the vehicle until your car is repaired by the same towing vendor that towed your car.       **** ** * ******** ********** ********** *** ****** ** ***** *** ** ********* * ***** **** * **** **** ** * ****** I wish I checked this page before I rented because they are obviously exposed and I am not sure how they still are able to conduct business *** *** ****** ***. Here is my story: I got in a car accident and ended up in their shop. The Swift folks knew all along that I was from the USA and needed to go back. Upon signing the contract, they indicated that they would require the rental to be brought back to Mississauga. I did, and during sign off, I was informed that there was a mileage limit on the contract which I exceeded. This item was not brought up when i signed the agreement. in addition, the mileage rate is not listed on the contract. after examining the contract, the allowable mileage is in fact listed discreetly on the contract... on the top corner under a bunch of other numbers...almost hidden. I kindly told the manager that this is not fair and the same way they indicated that I need to return the car to Mississauga, they should've told me to be mindful of the allowable mileage and informed me of the rate that i would be charged per each additional mile. Also, they indicated that there would be an additional fee related to a daily charge since the car left Ontario. Please note that I left Canada for a couple days to bring my family back to USA and then came back to drop of the rental. This charge is not even mentioned on the contract and the rate is a secret. I then told the manager, that he is not allowed to charge me this because it is not on the singed the agreement. He answered saying that he didn't know that I was going to go to the USA. Please note that he modified the contract and added USA to my destination so I don't have issues while crossing the border. He refused to give me a receipt and forcibly asked me to leave. * **** ********* ********** ******* ** *** ****** *** ****** ***** ***** ****** ** ******** ** *** *******

      Fantastic, Awesome, Incredible and Wonderful. This was the first time I have ever rented a vehicle. It was easy. The staff were absolutely incredible. As soon as we got off the plane, I phoned in to get picked up. They told me exactly where to go to meet the car. The driver that picked us up was very friendly and knowledgeable. When we got to the place of business, they moved all of our stuff from the pick up vehicle to our rental. The woman manager was lovely. She helped us any way she could. The whole rental process was easy and stress free. We returned the vehicle, they went over it and everything was good. They also explained everything about the contract and asked all the questions I could think of. Thank you so much Swift Rent A Car for being absolutely amazing and this being my first rental experience. I would highly recommend renting from them.
