    Order number: **** I ordered a storage queen bed in July and paid via debit card. The delivery was supposed to be to Montreal within 7 to 14 business days but no news at all. I called several times and left messages but didn't receive a call back. Also sent email but no answer at all. I then chated with someone on ****** from their company and they kept on giving excuses. And then finally got the bed in September but there were pieces missing and the holes in the panels weren't done correctly so the assembly was impossible. I contacted them via ****** again and the person said to send photos and details about the order via email and someone would look into it but never got an answer back. When I tried calling on ****** it said permanently closed. ** **** ***** ***** *** * **** *** I'm stuck with unfunctional bed and wasted my money. I need this refund back.

    On November 3, 2023 me and my partner went to their store (Novabeds/********) and we ordered a bed and mattress for a total value of $1147.18.

    Me and my partner split the amount and I paid $573.59.

    We were told that we would receive all documents related to the order on our email afterwards but we only received the transaction receipt up until today. We never got any order or tracking number or any order details information.

    We tried several times to contact the company by phone and email and they never responded. The physical store is also permanently closed.

    I bought a bed from NovaBeds in September. The bed was never delivered, even though I paid for it in full. I'd spoken with a representative from the company in October and they told me the bed would arrive by end of October. I tried several more time to connect with someone, only for all my attempts to go unanswered. Today, I discover the company has gone out of business. I spent close to $500 on a bed that was never delivered, I want my money back. I don't know what to do

    We bought a dining set on September 16, 2023, they received my money, on September 30 we received an email informing us that the order was in process, they were supposed to ship it on October 16, 2023, and they never shipped the order, we contacted them by different means and they **** about the shipment, we requested the cancellation of the order and refund of the money and they did not do it either, yesterday November 7, 2023, they closed the page, social networks and canceled the phones, they closed the company and they ****** us.

    I bought three bunk beds on Order 4008 on April 9, 2023 and it was shipped by ********* May 2, 2023. The boxes had damage when received with multiple pieces having damage, three main pieces of hardware missing (1/4x110 bolts), and defective hardware that needed to be replaced. Novabeds initially responded sending replacements for some of the damaged pieces and one defective hardware replacement (wingnut missing thread) with ****** on May 23, 2023.

    What was not included with the replacement shipment on May 23, 2023 was Part 3 - Grey bed colour, leg cracked/damaged and needing one replacement. Also still need Part D, three 1/4x110 bolts that were never included.

    I sent emails on the following dates inquiring on the remainder of the replacement parts with most of the emails going unanswered. I got someone on the phone September 6, 2023 and they told me it was the service department that I needed to deal with. I told her I had been sending emails every couple of weeks with no response. She said she'd follow up with them and advise me to send another email. I sent the last email September 14, 2023 and still no response.

    I placed on online order on novabeds.ca in April, 2023 for 3 tables set. The order number is ****. I got it after a month but one of the table glasses was smashed in the box. This glass is the main top part, without which the table cannot be assembled. I reported this issue to the company right away, supported with images of the box and the smashed glass. I got feedback from them that as per their policy, a replacement would be shipped to me. Since that I'm following but either no responses or nonsense responses like "Your service order is sent to supplier for replacement and we cannot specify a date for delivery".
    I request either a specific and reasonable date for delivery or to refund this table amount.
