    I ordered bed set $1,050.96 and then got an email saying it’s been delivered but it was not delivered and they don’t pick up my call or reply to my email now I heard on news they shut down *** ** *** *** * *** **** *** * *** ** ***** ******** *** ***** ******* ****

    Ordered sofa bed for 1900cad on september, 20 and never received it. The representatives are not reachable, phone and chat are unavailable.

    **** ******** ** * ******** ****. They **** *** *** ** **** ***** *** never deliver the product you ordered. They ignore phone calls and emails. They even had the nerve to send an email saying the bed was delivered yet nothing was delivered to our home. ***** ** *** ****** ***** **

    I have never had such a negative experience dealing with a furniture store.
    I purchased bunk beds on August 25th and the website noted the style was in stock and would ship in 7-14 days. Nearly 2 months later, the bunkbeds had still not arrived. I even agreed to switch to a different style after 6 weeks of waiting, as they told me that the new style was in stock and could ship within days. I never received that style, and when I followed up, they told me there was a mistake and it actually was not in stock.
    I can understand that Nova Beds is at the mercy of the supplier, but their lack of communication and updates is absolutely horrible and the worst customer service I have ever received.
    They NEVER answer their phone, and the voicemail states that their mailbox is always full so you just need to wait for them to call you back. Sometimes this takes days and multiple calls to even just receive a call back. Even when you do get a call back from the woman who answers the phone, if she's unable to answer your question, she will promise you a call the following day, which never happens. When I brought up the lack of communication and answering the phone, her response was **** ***** **** **** * *********** * ********* ***** **** * **** *** ***** ****** ******** ****** **** ****** ** ****** ***** ********* excuse after excuse, and broken promise after broken promise, I had to cancel my order on October 13th as there was no timeline in sight and I could not believe anything they told me from the experience over the 2 months.
    It is now November 1st and they still haven't processed my refund or returned my calls. *** **** ***** **** **** ********* ** ** ** ******** ****** ******* ****** ** ** ****** *** 
    I try to support local and support small businesses over big box stores, but I will never deal with Nova Beds again.

    * ***** **** **** **** ****** I ordered a king size bed which they took my money for right away. $1200+ and I never received a confirmation, nor the product. I have called 3 times and spoken to a representative, being told they would get back to me by end of day, never to happen. I have asked for my money back but have heard nothing.
