      i was on holidays, they called and talked to one of our shop employees, stating that i had ordered electrical wiring, ect, all they needed was a p.o, and for that p.o they would send him a jacket of his choice, well he fell for this trap!!! ****** ******* !! we don`t even do any electrical so we have no use for these items.

      I have dealt with Champion on several occasions and honestly must say I have received the exact products I order every time and was given excellent customer service when dealing with the service rep. I would also like to mention that the service rep had provided me with other options
      that provided me with saveings of about 15 percent from my original request.

      Overpriced product. Offered a free product to a staff member unauthorized to make purchases.

      A sales rep called with basic knowledge of myself and a coworker. The sales rep attempted to show a past working relationship with my co-worker. They spoke very generally and did not know our line of work. They offered free jackets and jerseys for sports teams. I did waste his time making obscure requests which he always had in stock. He then attempted to push a vague order on me which I rejected asking for a reference to the catalogue. The call ended with no order placed. Later I spoke to the sales representatives Manager in which I found out a false order was placed for a significant number of a product which was not ordered. The rep called to confirm the other and when I expressed my distain for the sales representatives approach and told him I did not order anything they assured the order was cancelled and sounded annoyed. I have since asked for confirmation of the canceled order. They seem very poor at answering calls or messages.
