    I am so thankful I heard of these guys. If it wasn't for them I would still be drowning in debt and not sure what to do. These guys made it so I can live again and not have the constant remind I was ******** ** ******* in debt. I am soo happy I went with them. Thanks again for saving me!

    Debthelpers, does not seem to want to refund my money of $1695.00 taken from my bank account April 3, 2025,
    I changed my mind April 7, 2025 having other options and spoke with ****** who was very **** *** argumentative and ***** and ******** who promised to help however nobody is prepared to give me an answer. They just refer me to another person or say someone will call but I do not receive any calls or a solution.
    Today, April 14, 2025 I was finally transferred to the Manager ******, apparently and was told he will call when he can and I left a message. I am not happy with their service and manner of doing business. This is not a good company to deal with. I don't think I will ever get my money back and that is very alarming to me.
    I went to them for help because i was scammed by Bitcoin Scammers and they took $7000 out of my **** Bank Account and **** would not cover my loss.
    I was devastated and along with interest and monthly payments I would not be able to handle it.
    Now, Debthelpers, are making this matter worse so I will have their $1695 to pay back to the bank also because Debthelpers takes that amount out first before any business I seem to not have any recourse except maybe take them to small claims court. ***** ****** *

    Go straight to an LIT yourself! **** **** **** *** ***** *** ** ** * ****** **** ****** ** ******. Did Debthelpers eventually get my proposal accepted and filed? YES. But it took 7 months rather than the 45 days it would take otherwise. They basically find out the maximum amount they can possibly get from you and take every last penny you have, which doesn't really make sense when most people going through this process are doing it because they cant afford the payments they already have. I had to deal with 5 different people which I'm not sure why. The only reason I went through with them is because I had already paid a payment and they say no refunds. I wish I had done better research as I got mixed information from all the people who I spoke with. So please learn from my mistake and go straight to a Trustee yourself.

    Debt Helpers is amazing, it did take a little bit to get everything going, but they were able to help me clear all my debt and all my creditors accepted my proposal. I am very happy with Debt Helpers, I highly recommend anyone with debt to use them.

    **** ***** ** * **** **** ** **** **** **** **** ** *** **** *** ******* **** ** **** they take your money for doing nothing. We paid them $1600 and were told don't worry we are here to help . For months didnt hear anything from them and the kept getting calls from. Our creditors. When told them going thru debt helpers they should have been in contact they say never heard from them. After months of nothing I finally started calling them *** ******* * **** **** *** * **** . Which finally they sent us over to ******* Where we were told debt helpers aren't licensed trustees as they were passing themselves off as trustees. So we thought ok the nightmares over . Nooe we were wring told payments wouldn't start until February and debt helpers started taking payments. ***** ***** ** **** ****** ***** **** ********

    I just joined Debt Helpers a few months ago.* ** * ****** ****** *** ** ********.It was set up that I could pay the administration fee in payments.My last payment is $150 Sept.25,2024.I received two calls today asking me to pay this money early if possible and to remind me of my actual payment date Sept.25,2024.The second call was to inform me of my appt. with the trustee and to tell me that my scheduled payment of $100 for the first three months would go to Debt Helpers and the first $100 payment was due with my $150 final payment.I was not told about any of this.I just p aid them $480 from my last cheque and now they want $250.They are **** and terrible to deal with.The only time they contact me is when they want money.****** **** ** *** * *******I entered this agreement in good faith thinking it would help me and it has been a nightmare!

    The person I spoke with was very friendly on the call. I liked that she called to check up on how the consumer proposal is going, If I had any questions or concerns to reach out and she will assist. Very easy and helpful process.
