  * ***** *** ********* **** ******* ** ******* I gave them everything they asked for from my taxes to my property assessment and after that they upped my payment because they said my house was worth over 500,000 because that’s what was selling in my area. They compared a house that was built in the 2000 era to mine which was built in 1952 and when I contested it. They told me I needed a letter of opinion from a realtor so after contacting a couple realtors I was informed I would have to pay over 400.00 for this letter . They already got over 1600.00 from me that I didn’t have to spare. So as of today I have requested my money back.

  So weird how you can't post a review on their actual website. Only positive ones are there, wish I checked out others.
  Clicked on an ad, when will I learn to Never do this, never turns out well. The young guy convinced me that this program would be the best for me then I started digging around. Found out that yes, they will save you money but at the expense of your credit rating. With this program you end up with a R7 rating with R9 being the worst ( bankruptcy). Saving some money for a R7, no thank you! When I called back, within 2 hours, to cancel I was told that another person in charge of canceling would call back. 4 days later and still nothing. Called them and was told that any money paid towards the program WOULD NOT be refunded!! Even though I told him that day I changed my mind. Now I need to talk to a lawyer. I called MC right away to ask them to stop the pymt so I'm hoping they will and I don't need a lawyer.
  ******* **** **** ******** They don't explain that you are signing up for a program that's next to bankruptcy and you're going to have to pay them thousands for this and destroy your credit for 7 years and if you change your mind, they will keep the deposit ( for admin charges). Like in 2 hours they actually did anything on a Fri. ****** **** ** * **** *** ********** **** **** **** **** *********

  I felt that they took my info and passed me off to someone else, basically took my money and left me to deal with another company. Haven’t heard from them since.
  Not impressed. I don’t have access to any of the tools that was promised upon signing the contract. And no emails.
  Also at the beginning had several phone calls all asking the same thing.. like there was no file on me and they don’t talk to eachother.. was very annoying. * ***** **********  But bottom line I did in the end get my debt under control. I just feel that the uncoordinated *** ************** ways debt helpers had show wasn’t worth signing the contract. But it is what it is now.
