      I am emailing to complain about Time Media Group ** ****** ** *** **** *** **** ******* * *****  In March 2023 I was starting out my small business when I was approached by this company to broaden my marketing and advertising. ** * ********** *** ********* I believed the advertising would be beneficial. However, what I bargained for was never fulfilled. In March 2023, our office was approached by a man ***** ****** ****, who represented himself as a salesperson for ******** *****. My office entered into an agreement with ******** *****, to advertise our law firm on a digital screen at a real estate office near us. The agreement promised to enhance our business exposure by featuring our advertisement alongside real estate listings. Despite signing up and making regular payments, the services outlined in the agreement have not been provided as promised. In the meantime they have taken $4000.00 from me. * **** ******** *** ******* **** *** **** ******** ** **** *** **** ***** ******* ******* * *** ***** ** * ******** **** ****** * ***** ******** *** ******** We have diligently followed up with ******** *****'s customer service department via email regularly to inquire about the status of the digital sign installation and the commencement of the advertising service. However, despite assurances of imminent installation, there has been no progress, and our repeated attempts to seek clarification have been met with vague responses and no resolution. ***** *** ******* ** ******** ***** ** ******* *** *********** *********** *** *** ******* ** *** *********** *********** ******** ** **** **** ******** ** ****** *** ******** ******** *** ******* *** ******* ** ************

      I paid for an advertising agreement in March 2023 and I have received none of the agreed upon print or digital advertising. I want a full refund of the money paid for the services that have never been fulfilled

      Date June 03rd 2022 I paid $4790.07 The sales representative committed to providing me with a contract with a real estate brokerage which was supposed to be and exclusive relationship with the brokerage so I'd be the preferred and used referral partner for the brokerage. I expressed my concerns and asked what happens if the brokerage does not use me as a referral partner and the sales representative said they will be in breach of contract and further steps will be taken. The brokerage has no idea who I am nor are they aware that I'm their "preferred referral partner" with that said, the brokerage does not return my calls or emails and has expressed no interest in this relationship which was promised to me. I have emailed the sales representative multiple times and have not received any communication back. I emailed head office but their response was dismissive.
