      I was offered advertising space on screens at two real estate locations. I checked one location several times, but the screen displaying my ad was nowhere to be found. When I raised this concern, I was met with excuses but never received any concrete proof that my ad was running at that location. After months of silence, someone finally reached out and offered me a third location as compensation. However, when I checked months later, my ad wasn’t showing there either. They only contacted me when it was time to renew, and when I questioned the incomplete service, they insisted they hadn’t ******** any contract terms. Despite my repeated requests for proof that my ad was displayed as promised, they just gave more excuses without addressing my concerns. They even offered a 10% discount on the full fee, but that felt inadequate for a service that was never fully provided. Overall, the customer service experience was extremely disappointing.

      The customer's comments are duly noted and we would like to advise the following.


      We can confirm that the Advertisement went live at both of the customer's chosen locations in March 2023 and proof of the Advertisement displaying at their chosen locations was emailed to the customer.  


      The Advertisement was also placed live at an additional location for extra coverage as a gesture of goodwill.  


      We can confirm the Advertisement is displaying at all agreed locations as per the Agreement, and the customer is welcome to visit the locations to view the Advertisement if they wish to.

      I strongly disagree with Property Point's response, which fails to address the facts I outlined in my original review: Port Coquitlam Location: I visited this location multiple times, and there was no screen displaying my advertisement. Staff at the office were unaware of any such advertising arrangement. Most recently, the office is now completely vacant. If the branch has moved, Property Point has failed to provide a new address or verify that the advertisement is still running. Maple Ridge Location: This location was offered as a goodwill gesture, but when I visited, my advertisement was not displayed. No verifiable proof of it running has been provided. If Property Point truly had goodwill, they would have ensured the ad was operational before offering this location as compensation. Proof of Advertisement: Property Point has only provided a "proof of concept" image, which is essentially a mock-up or example of how an advertisement might look on the screen, not evidence that it was ever actually running at the locations. This does not demonstrate that the service I paid for was delivered. Despite my repeated requests for proper proof, none has been provided. Langley Location: This is the only location where my advertisement has been consistently displayed, as verified by my visits. Property Point's claim that my advertisements are running at all locations is untrue. Their customer service has failed to address my concerns in good faith, instead responding with vague excuses, dismissing my observations, and offering a 10% discount that does nothing to compensate for their incomplete service.
