      Good afternoon I had a Furnace & Air condition unit installed Uniworth Heating & Cooling Ltd last 17 March 2022.
      When we turned on the A/C this year it worked for a couple of hours and then the cooling stopped. The unit is running and sounds noisier but no cooling is taking place. I have Called them 3 times and emailed them 3 times. When talking the gentleman assures me they will get right back to me, never happens. The last call they asked me to send a picture of my thermostat to the number I called and they would have someone contact me within 15 20 minutes. I sent the photo of the thermostat along with a video of the A/C unit running to the number requested. I also the photo and video via email. No one got back to me. There is a two year parts and labour warranty in place. 1. Called Saturday 15 April 2023 ( Will have someone call) 2. Called Wed 19 April 2023 ( will have someone call Back 10 - 20 minutes) 3. Emailed Friday 21 April 2023 (no reply) 4. Called Friday 21 April 2023 they requested picture of the thermostat someone will call back as soon as they receive the photo (no call back) 5. Sat 22 April 2023 emailed the Photo & Video (no response received) 6. Emailed Thursday 27 April 2023 asking for them to honour our agreement & the warranty. and set a date for a service person to fix the problem (No reply)

      We called the customer and will arrange service for Tuesday 02 May. Will check the issue and resolve the problem. On other hand we always advise that take maintain of AC before the summer as it is recommended by manufacturer. Because AC remains shut down 6-8 Months. We are going to check it. For future please always take maintenance before start the AC after winter.

      The resolution is now satisfactory

      Uniworth Finally sent out a technician and they have fixed the problem for now. A leak may still exist as the reason for the cooling fluid being empty was never found. A system just a year old should not end up completely empty of cooling fluid.
