      Good afternoon, I want to warn customers about this company, May 2019 day of installation of the A.C cooling system, 2x a year i change the furnace filter , after a year the furnace filter was moist. I also noticed water on the floor. Sept 04, 2023 I called to an agent from the company to inspect this matter, I got a date that someone will be coming next day between 2-5 pm, to my surprise no one showed up. I called the office and the receptionist said the technician only works Saturday. Finally a employee showed up Friday and showed up with no tools, only two coloured tapes in his hands one black one silver , zero fixing was completed other then he found a random wire that had to issues and found fault in an issue that didn't not exist and charged me 50$. He then checked the gas pressure and told me that there's almost no gas, when I asked about the 10 year warranty he directed me to ****** which is the manufacturer of the cooling system. I suspected upon day of installation they didn't perform a leaking test on the A.C unit and now it will run around 1200$ to find the leak , fix it and refill with gas. Be very cautious dealing with this clients, **** **** ** ** **** **** *** ***** *** ******* **** *** *****
