      Their representatives send incorrect dates on emails, which in turn causes errors and loss of funds for customers. They don't seem to have any consequences for this. Rep ******** sent multiple emails with an incorrect date causing lack of funding. ** *** **** **** **** *** *** * ****** ******* ******* ****** *** *****

      After thoroughly reviewing the account, we found that the customer had a total of three loans with easyfinancial Services (EFS). Each loan was funded promptly, either within a day or just a few hours after the application process began. The applications were submitted for the customer's signature only once, and upon signing, the respective loans were funded. We have made multiple attempts to contact the customer to gain a clearer understanding of their concerns. Unfortunately, we have not received any response or follow-up communication from the customer. We are committed to resolving any issues and encourage the customer to reach out to us directly for further assistance.

Their team will be happy to help you with the cancellation and any applicable refund. As for the interest rate on your loan, we understand your concerns. The rate was set based on your credit profile at the time of your application.

      As Easy Financial is a non-prime lender, our rates may be higher than those of traditional banks due to the increased lending risk. Regrettably, we’re unable to make changes to the rate once the loan has been finalized.

      Gave me wrong information, cost me money. I was confused about my payment date, around the holiday. I got email saying the 20th. On 23rd cash was still in my account. Email again asking my payment date and was told the 1st. Easyfinancial tried on the 31st. Yes, it bounced. Cost me $45. Their reply was sorry but to bad for you.

      Thank you for your feedback. easyfinancial apologizes for any confusion regarding payment dates. The customer's payments are scheduled to be withdrawn on the 1st of each month. However, if this date falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment is processed on the business day prior, as stated in our terms and conditions. If this schedule does not align with a customer's pay dates, adjustments can be made to prevent future issues. The email concerning early payment withdrawal was sent to customers receiving CPP and disability benefits. This was due to the government issuing cheques early for December. easyfinancial offered an option to adjust payment dates accordingly, but this change was only applied if the customer responded to the email and consented. Our records indicate that the customer did not agree to this change, so the loan payment schedule remained unchanged. We apologize for any misunderstandings regarding the payment schedule. We noted that the customer contacted our customer service team to address this issue and received the same information. If there are additional concerns or questions, we encourage customers to contact our customer service team at ###-###-####. Our team is available Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm EST and Saturday to Sunday from 10 am to 6:30 pm EST.

      So I asked for help from an easyfinancial manager and was give the wrong information. Which in turn cost me $45. Great customer service!!!! The apology really helped my bank account.

      ***** **** *** * loan at Easy Financial. The interest rates are incredibly high. You never are able to pay off the loan. Plus they get you on The Foundation, paying them another monthly payment, telling you that the more you pay them they interest rate and your monthly payment at Easy Financial will go down. ** ** * ******* **** *** ***********

The interest rate is determined on the type of loan, a customer debt to income, the loan amount, a customer credit score and the term of the loan.

      The ****** ********* ********** Program is designed to help individuals build or improve their credit score by making regular credit payments that are reported to the major credit bureaus. This can be particularly beneficial for those who are new to credit or working to repair their credit. By participating in the program, users demonstrate responsible credit management, which is a key factor in boosting a credit score over time. The service can be cancelled at any time and receive your contributions back, giving you a lot of flexibility without losing out on your money. The fact that it's a refundable program provides peace of mind while you work on improving your credit.

      As an unsecured personal loan is an open loan, you have the flexibility to make extra payments without any penalties for paying off the loan earlier than the actual maturity date. This provides you with the opportunity to reduce your loan balance faster and potentially save on interest.

If the extra payment is applied on the same day as a scheduled payment due date, the entire extra payment will be applied directly to the principal.

      *** *** ******** * they said no credit check was needed and was on my credit files and also was on contract when the old manger made up. also when new manager came she called me asked to apy more. I said no my contract is this much a week then I took the unit back with my coach. and was reported again to * *** ********** over 5 thousand owing. cause of what they did I been dealing with Lindsay store.

      Total amount Loan should have costed: $5500.00 x 46.96% = $2582.80 $5500.00 + $2582.80 = $8082.80 What it actually costs: $5500.00 x 46.96% = $2582.80 x 5? = $12, 914.00 + $5500.00 = $18, 414.00 Where did that 5 come from that they multiplied $2582.80 by? Well it represents the 5 years of the Loan when I originally planed to pay off in 12 months or less considering I was under the assumption I was only paying $8082.80 in TOTAL. They added on an insurance plan that I denied and refused, however I did accept their "Credit Build" product which didn't do anything, credit was 720 then, it's 639 now. TOTAL I'm owing $19,200. Absurd. It's sounds like contract arbitrage which isn't illegal, however the way it's structured at GoEasy seems ******* or ******* considering they won't disclose all the concerns you have, even the sum amount owed. They will breach contract by adding products you refuse....They will send you to a rep who will then lock you into a contract not represented by the original agreements that were spoken about with their other sister company. It seems, instead of being in the business of lending loans, *************, *************** or GoEasy will also profit from Mark Up prices on interest rate spreads between banks and lenders, and is why keep the spread max high by giving you 46.96-49% interest even if you have mazing credit. I don't think they ever give out products under 42% even though they advertise 9.99%-49.99%. I asked customer service rep "what service does go easy provide?" and they responded "we offer products to struggling families and people interested in building their credit and resolving their financial issues". ****. We are mad. Is a loan even being to serviced to me? Seems like loan is serviced to sister company, and then I'm left off with the ***** arbitraged contract that assumes total and full Liability now for all of the ******* math and **** that they rely on upon conception of "Loan", T&C's or other binding contracts.

      Got a loan yesterday at Landsdowne in Saint John nb. Dealt with a Carlos poorest service I have ever received. He does not know his job. Quotes one thing and then it all changes. Very disappointed u need to try harder. I deserve better as a customer. It will be the last time and would never recommend. ****** ******

      Upon reviewing the customer's complaint, we have considered refinancing the loan to include the loan protection plan as requested. However, it's important to note that this addition would increase the customer's contractual payment by $25.00 and extend the loan term to 54 months.

      During our initial conversations, the customer emphasized the importance of maintaining a payment amount that does not exceed $100.00. As we always prioritize our customers' ability to manage their payments, adding any of the three ancillary services would unfortunately raise the loan amount beyond the customer's stated budget.
