      Working in the past with them it was ok, but now I’ve been left completely in the dark for months. They won’t return my calls or emails to give me my debt consolidation loan application status, and I think that’s Terrible for customers to be left so in the dark. I’m frustrated not knowing as they did say I was approved so I’ll be trying a different company.

      They add services you don't want. Know that you're in a vulnerable position and now even though I've paid over the amount borrowed they say I still owe half. Got a breakdown and many months they applied zero to my principle balance. That makes absolutely no sense. Have been trying to reach my home branch for months and they won't call you back. Although I'm sure if I skip a payment they will.

      Easy Financial will not share my account information with me after numerous requests over a two month period. They claim to offer me a new repayment plan and act as if they are negotiating with me only asking me to make a good faith payment - yet they keep shuffling me to a new agent who threatens me of legal action because I have not made a payment during this time. But they are GoEasy is the reason I have not made a payment - not telling me how much or when to pay. Easy Financial has offered me a new repayment plan but will not clearly present the terms of this plan to me. I have asked them many times to send me the terms of their offer and the details of my account so I can consider whether to pay the whole account off in one lump sum or if I would rather take their offer of a new repayment plan. They just will not send me these details so I can make an informed and appropriate decision. They wont give me the details of my account nor the terms of this plan they are offering and this runaround is the only reason I have not made any other payment. Also, every time I request information about my account they don't respond and then a new agent contacts me starting from the beginning all l over again threatening me with legal action again and acting as though I am late on paying and will go to collections but they are causing the late payment status by telling me that they want to get me on a new repayment plan and have only asked me for a good faith payment at this point. They are passing me off to a new agent every time i request any information about my account or their supposed offer to me. It has been impossible to have them share any clear details with me and instead of presenting info to me they send me a contract to sign with a 48 deadline with no advance notice that will show up in my inbox while i am camping out of internet range so even if i wanted to sign a contract I would not be able to. **** *** ****** *********** ** ******** **** ****** ***** *******

As each account is unique and the customer's reason for delinquency or payment issues varies, there is many options for account solutions. This can lead to multiple offers being provided to a customer but this is meant to be provided in effort to support the customer but can be overwhelming at times. It can be confirmed that all the customer's questions and concerns were answered with detailed communication and interactions with the Manager of the goeasy Resolutions Department. All adjustments have been made moving forward and the customer has confirmed they are comfortable with the loan agreement and obligations going forward.

      They have poor customer service. I paid my account, but the etransfer didn't go through, so as soon as they emailed me I canceled it and went through their secure payment format and paid with my **** debit. They asked for the screenshot of the etransfer, but because I canceled and paid the other way I thought it would be okay to just submit a screenshot of the new payment. I'm not sure if they received the screenshot or not, but I sent it as an attachment to an email. The email I received today was an attack *********************************** on their part. So I emailed BOTH the screenshot I sent initially and the transaction at my bank. Why is it so hard for people to just be kind.

Sometimes certain documents may be asked, for proof of payment or cancelation of a sent transaction by a client may be required to update their loan profile correctly. This would require additional requested steps by your local branch staff members but once complete, your loan payments will reflect your true account status.       I got a loan through Easy Financial and was able to pay it off ahead of the term. The process to pay off was beyond terrible. First of all, they cannot provide you with a payout balance as of a certain date, only the day you are calling. I calculated the daily interest and paid out slightly more than was required to cover that off as I made my payment online. I stopped my upcominng payment as it was covered in the lump sum pay off. My payment was processed on what would have been the next payment date. Since my 'pre-auth- payment was not processed they tried to charge me a $50 NSF fee. When calling the branch to try and sort out the payments and close off the account they told me I still owed close to $400. I asked for a breakdown of how they arrived at that number as the math was not adding up for me. I was told I would have that information by the end of the day. I never ended up getting this information. The branch rep I was working with basically told me she had logged a ticket and was waiting for this information to be sent to her it was 'out of her hands'. I had followed up every day, on about the 3rd or 4th day she sent me an email telling me I needed to pay $400+ to close off the account. At this time I still had not receieved the breakdown of funds. By my math there should have been close to nothing owing. I ended up escalating to headoffice. The rep I spoke with assured me the full payment had been received but had to issue a ticket to investigate to confirm if there was an amount owing and to close off the loan. She indicated she would confirm by EOD that day. I had to follow up AGAIN for 3 days. Finally everything was processed and the loan was closed off. Oddly enough I had a deposit from Easy Financial a few days later for just over $50 because I had overpaid. I cannot believe how many people tried to tell me I had to pay to close off my loan and it took close to 2 weeks to close off. I cannot believe a financial company can operate this way!!!!

      Thank you for your feedback. When a customer pays off their loan early while also overpaying during the closing of that loan, our system will close their agreement, pay out that loan, and will reimburse any required refunds owed back to the customer. These refunds that are sent back to the customer's banking can take upwards of 10 business days to be cleared and then received. During that wait time, our systems continue to update the current backend operational statuses until the process has been completed. Asked for funds on a client's profile may look to be owed for the next payment due date, but which might not be required but could still show as such. We apologize for any inconvenience you had gone through during this time and your comments have been presented to the management level for coaching and educational purposes.

      I was approved for a loan on Monday and told that I would receive my funds via e-transfer within 2-3 hours. I only needed a small loan but got talked into consolidating some other debt. I made it clear that I needed the funds ASAP as I had a payment coming out that I was short for and I was assured I would receive the money in "2-3 hours." I had no reason not to believe them as I got a text saying I would receive my funds shortly and I've received loans in the past via e-transfer and have never had an issue. Well, it has now been over 24 hours and I still have not received my loan. I have been frequently checking my email and bank account during these past 24+ hours and, as of 1 AM this morning (Wednesday), not only do I still not have the funds I need, I have also incurred $75 in fees because I believed what I was told. I should have just asked a friend or family member to help me out with the couple hundred I needed to tide me over until this Friday when I get paid - but I didn't want to be a bother. "Easy" Financial is definitely not as easy as advertised. *************************************************. I have had amazing service with similar institutions and am regretting not just requesting an increase in my current loan with them. Also, good luck getting any "customer service". When I called this morning they told me I had to wait until my "branch" opened to talk to them. What a joke of a company. I am extremely disappointed and will be sharing my thoughts with anyone willing to listen! ******!

      I am surprised by all the negative reviews. I got approved for a loan even after a bankruptcy filing. Yes this loan has high interest but everything was explained clearly to me and the payment terms and cost of borrowing are were clearly described. I just called in to customer service today for help linking my loan after having it for six months and to cancel the optional loan protection insurance to lower my payments a little and the representative I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and I did not have to wait on hold to speak to her. Overall I am satisfied with the experience I had. Yes I have to pay back more than double of the 10000 I borrowed but I was well aware of that fact before I signed the loan agreement and every on time payment I make helps my damaged credit. After a couple years I will likely be able to get loan products from my bank again.

      *************************************************************** ************** I paid my loan off early...thankfully. The St-Martin branch in Laval, Qc was responsible for my file. Once I paid the balance on my loan, I called the St-Martin branch 3 times to confirm that my normal monthly payment wouldn't come out because I had paid out the balance. The person confirmed with me all 3 times that he had cancelled the payment.********. It came out anyway, even after I had paid everything. Serves me right for trusting that people would do their job. I should have paid to get a stop payment through my bank. BUT WAIT...it gets better. I called them immediately to complain and ask for a reimbursement. The manager refused to call me back. I called 3 times to speak to him. At the end of the day, the man, who I dealt with ****************, called me to blame me for misunderstanding him (3 separate times?? I don't think so) and THEN proceeds to tell me that the monthly payment won't be reimbursed because he had taken it into account when telling me the amount for the payout. ******************************************* I called customer service and they showed me the breakdown of my payments and it turns out, I was correct. Customer service said that what he had told me was not true and they would reimburse me. Still waiting however...

      easyfinancial is committed to providing the best customer service possible and all service experience feedback is appreciated. When an account is paid in full close to an already scheduled next payment that is dated and planned to be withdrawn, a request must be made to stop that payment from being taken from a client's banking institution. Unfortunately, if a stop payment request that was made was not received in time (two days prior to the next due date which does not include weekends or holidays) and the last payment does get pulled, that payment is then refunded once the original lump sum payout amount is cleared. Communication of this measure is very important to be conveyed clearly to the customer. We apologize if this was the case. The branch locations management team will be informed of your experience with a coach back to staff to better prepare for this type of scenario. As of today's date, it can be seen that you have received the transmission of the full payment refund as actioned by our wonderful customer service centre team and that matter has been completely resolved.
