      Hello,
      There was an attempt to deliver by Fleet optics once and it is now being returned to the sender. There is nobody I can call to try and reattempt delivery or pick it up from a station. Delivery was attempted once!

      ******** ******** ******** There's no phone number to contact them. They don't have a place where I can pick up my package. They've attempted delivery 3 times and I work all day. They don't call me. I live in a condo building. I can email them and they don't respond. And when they do, they don't offer any solutions or help. My packages are getting returned. Very helpful. Any business that ships with this company, I will no longer deal with.

      I was out of the country and when I returned what do I find 5 packages at my door!
      I live in a secure building and the drivers have my access code. When I am not at home I do NOT answer my phone to give them access but somehow they get in and leave the package at my door. I have spoken to building mgmt whether Fleet Optics just contacts anyone for access to deal with on their end. My point is if I do not accept the call I DO NOT want anything left at my door. Fleet Optics makes sure you cannot EVER speak to someone - if you call the Fleet Optics number it never allows you to speak to anyone. I also called a different number I found online - the call goes nowhere! What better way to avoid having to deal with customer issues.
      They make it so difficult that people just give up and that does NOT mean me!!

      Paid for express air shipping via Fleet Optics with a delivery of 2 business days from the day it was received. My package was supposed to arrive around February 20th. I was in contact with an agent on Feb 22nd when the package hadn't arrived. They told me it would arrive tomorrow. I again contacted someone on Feb 23rd and they informed me that the shipping hadn't been updated in over 72 hours and the package was likely missing, but may still arrive. No solution was provided. I again tried to resolve the issue on Feb 26th, but could not get in contact with anyone at Fleet Optics. I finally got in touch with someone Feb 27th. After being told they didn't know where my package was I asked for a manager to escalate this to. I asked at least for a timeline of when I could expect this package and the agent just kept stating "soon". The agent repeatedly denied escalation before the manager Ana finally called me. Off the bat Ana was dismissive and unprofessional. Calling the issue a "small delay", "minor inconvenience" and "little hiccup". Eventually she told me that despite me paying for air shipping my package was sent by ground, with no notification to me. She dodged my questions, and despite telling me that other people in the same shipment as me had had their packages delivered already she insisted it'll be there soon. "Soon" being "2 days" a "few hours" and "24 hours" depending on what she picked in the moment. When I asked for further escalation, as this was an extremely time sensitive package and she wasn't providing any solutions, nor was she willing to label it as lost so I could seek compensation, she said that she "would complain about me" and that I was threatening her.
      I still don't have my package, which was a gift for someone for tonight, who sadly won't have another chance to use it. I still don't have a solution or compensation, and I still haven't received any clear and concise explanation as to why this has happened.

      * **** **** ******** ******** I WAS GONNA GET MY ORDER TUESDAY, THEN IT GOT DELAYED TILL THE NEXT DAY, WHICH IT DIDN'T ARRIVE, THEN THE DAY IT WAS SUPPOSED TO COME THERE WAS A SNOW STORM SO I UNDERSTAND THAT. TODAY I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE MY ORDER AND APPARENTLY THEY CAME AND LEFT. THEY LEFT BECAUSE THERE WAS NO BUZZER CODE, THE BUZZER CODE IS MY APT UNIT WHICH IS ON THE ADDRESS THEY DELIVERED IT TO. NO NOTICE, NOTHING. THEY JUST SAID THEY ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER IT. TODAY IS MY DAY OFF AND I WAITED YESTERDAY AND TODAY AND I GOT NO NOTICE OR BUZZ. EVERY DELIVERY DRIVER TRIES TO DELIVER THE PACKAGE AND BUZZ ANY BUZZER JUST SO THAT THE CUSTOMER RECEIVES THERE ORDER. YOU CANT EVEN GET A HOLD OF THEM BUT THERE DUMB CHATLINE, WHICH DOES NOTHING. I CONTACTED ******* TO ASK THEM TO CONTACT YOUR ****** COMPANY AND THEY SAID FLEET OPTIKS WILL TRY AGAIN IN 2 BUSINESS DAYS. 2 BUSINESS DAYS FALLS ON A MONDAY WHEN I WORK ALL DAY. YOU MUST BE ******KIDDING ME...

      ***** ******* *** ***** ******* They offer online tracking that never works. They are ********* *** delaying pick ups from shipper and delays in delivery. You are kept in the blind since online tracking does not work and they don’t have live customer service.

      ***** *** this company they are completely unreliable.The only contact with them is through chat and you will receive only canned answers like. I can't find your tracking number be patient it will arrive. Or I'll expedite this this on to dispatch then you wait for days with no replies. You will also hear sorry sorry sorry *** *** **. *** ******* *** *********** *** *** ***** ***** ********* **********.The only way I finally got my delivery was to stay on chat for hrs demanding results. In the end I had to get in my car and meet the driver at his location to receive my package. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

      ********* you didn't comprehend my complaint 1) I made several complaints on chat and received only canned answers, no one was willing to solve the delivery problem . 2) The drivers **** about their delivery attempts. 3) I finally stayed on Chat for HOURS demanding delivery. 4) when I finally received the item the driver still refused to deliver the package to my address, I was forced to get in my car and drive to his location.       Hello again, your information is wrong. Your driver did not re-deliver the package to the correct address, I did. I had to walk down my street and deliver it to the recipient myself instead of letting it sit out in the rain for the entire day, doing something that your company is unable to do. While I appreciate the response, giving out false information and **** excuses for your employees that choose not to do their jobs is simply unacceptable.       I had placed an order with ********* Canada, and they chose FleetOptics Inc to make the delivery. When placing my order with *********, I made sure to indicate this was a business with business hours and not open on the weekend. FleetOptics ignored our open hours and "attempted" to deliver 40 mins after we had closed. Upon reaching out to FleetOptics they said they would retry the delivery within 24-48 hrs, however this discussion occurred on a Friday. And as already mentioned the business was not open on the weekend. We have yet to receive our order from ********* via FleetOptics and have zero confidence it will occur. FleetOptics will only make 3 attempts, then they send the shipment back to *********, and to be honest, *********'s cusomter Service Department is no better. On top of the lack of delivery service and attention to detail, you cannot speak with a person on the phone. All customer service inquiries occur via email or online chat. This is unacceptable, nothing can be resolved in a timely manner in this way, and it's way too easy for the "CSR's" to avoid an issue and tow the company line. There is zero accoutnalbility, and as impossible as it sounds even less ability to think outside the box to resolve anything. This is a totally irresponsible delivery company and as an Operations Manager I will never ever use FleetOptics to handle any of my business' deliveries.
