City of Montreal is doing major works on our street which makes parcel deliveries difficult or impossible at times.
After receiving a delivery notification, I e-mailed fleet optics customer service with my instructions to the driver for safe delivery of our parcel.
Customer service quickly responded and passed my instructions and phone number to the truck driver who contacted me when he arrived on the corner of our street. We went and met the driver and took our parcel.
I commend and thank customer service for their quick and professional response and assistance.
One positive comment to add is to ask fleet optics to eventually have a customer service help phone line for customers.Review fromDanielle W

- package was to be delivered on Wed April 26, per my ******* order tracking. It did not arrive.
- I checked the delivery status at ~1pm on Thur April 27 and was surprised to see that an delivery attempt was made. They never buzzed, and I am assuming they never even went into the building, as concierge typically accepts packages for residents. I tried FleetOptics "chat function" and was told that the driver would try again that day. I asked that they please use the buzzer on arrival. No order arrived on Thursday.
- I followed up with the online chat on Friday April 27. Was told they didn't have the correct phone number on file. Strange, as my current phone number is linked to my ******* account; also, why does that matter when they were asked to use my buzzer? I provided the customer service rep with my updated phone number. A few hours later, my phone rings and the call ends so quickly, I could not even answer it. ** ******, no sense in trying to call back, it goes to an automated "The driver missed you and will try again later" message. IMPOSSIBLE to get through to someone on the phone. ******* ** *** *** ******* ********** ** **** *** ******* ***** ****** ***** *** ********* ****** **** *********** ******* *** ** ******** ** *********** At best, will receive a canned "We are sorry for your negative expereince. 5 starsThank you for such good service each and every time I have a parcel delivered from TSC. I want to give a special appreciation and thank you to Martin who tried to deliver a parcel needing a signature today and I was not home, as the tracking said a later time. I texted Martin when I got home and he actually made arrangements with me to return later. 1 starI have found this company to be very hit and miss with their delivery.
This week I got two deliveries, and both were a bad experience. Earlier this week they were delivering my ********* package . Got a call and the delivery driver asked me to meet him downstairs. I was working, so I told him to leave the package and I would be able to come down. When I got a chance. He told me, just come downstairs. I sent my husband down and he told me the driver didn't get out of the car, asked him what his name was, and then attempted to make a joke calling him ****** *******, after the rapper ** ****. My husband proceeded to correct him at least two times and he continued with the joke.
Today, I was expecting a delivery for my ******* order. I knew what time he was going to be here so I made sure my ringer is on, and I was waiting by my phone. It has snow today so just in case it was a little delayed I wanted to make sure I'm still able to buzz him in. When I went to check on the status of my delivery it told me he had buzzed up and didn't get an answer. I was confused because I didn't miss a call, and there was no voicemail left. So it was evident he never attempted to buzz. When I looked at the picture he posted you can see he is sitting in his car, taking the picture through his car window. I attempted to reach out to fleet optics to find out why he did this, and it is impossible to get a live rep. First and foremost, it tells you you can get your delivery status online, and when you try to bypass the option to get someone on the line it just hangs up on you. On you. I'm so confused why someone would lie and say they attempted delivery , it's not like it was at the end of the day and they were rushing to get home , my delivery was scheduled for before 10:00 a.m.
Overall, I'm starting to cringe whenever. I see that this company is the one that's going to be making the delivery and just cross my fingers that I get a driver who actually cares about their jobReview fromJ. L.

The courier was at my building today I live in a condo. The reception from his cellphone was cutting him off. I was asking questions, he thought I was being rude...I mentioned the intercom would of been better. He said well I have you recorded being rude, which I wasn't. I was asking him when he called my cell some questions because of the bad reception. That's what happened. I insist that courier be retrained, remind him of his job, the companies vision for him to follow.

When Fleet Optics first got the contract for TSC,they were terrific about bringing my packages to my unit.
Some drivers,now,don`t bother to use the call board ,bring it to my unit or put it in the parcel room in the Parcel Pending lockers for safe keeping.
Instead they drop it on the floor in the parcel room in full view of anyone walking by.
The parcels are being stolen.I recently lost a package due to theft.
The photo they take as proof of purchase is of the front of my building,NOT where they left the package.I hunted all over the place for my parcel but it was long gone.
*** was furious and kindly refunded me my purchase minus the $8.00 shipping charge.I`m on the hook for that.
Unless all the drivers deliver the packages properly,more people are going to lose their items especially this time of year.A company is only as good as the people who work for them

My package from a third party was delivered to an address blocks away from my actual address. I asked the third party to have it reshipped and it was delivered to the wrong address a second time. I no longer trust this third company to be able to deliver goods ordered online because of Fleet Optics. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated.FleetOptics Inc

I have emailed them at least 10 times. I was scheduled for a delivery on the 16th today is the 20th still nothing. Impossible to talk to anyone by phone. First they have my package then they don't have my package. Last l heard was it will be delivered with 24/48hrs. Who knows.FleetOptics Inc
