      Volume of right earbud is very low and barely audible.
      Product operational and design flaws, missleading/missrepresented instructions.

      Service /Support issues
      After two months, no response to support requests other than an automated email.

      Business Commited to Provide : One year warranty as well as 48 hour or less response to support requests.

      Sent business support request through their website support form process on or around Feb 12 / 2024. The support request included a detailed description of the issue I am having as well as all the troubleshooting steps I tried.

      On Feb 13th I received an automated reply with the following message.

      "We appreciate your business and look forward to assisting you.
      Most questions are answered in 48 hours or less."

      Confirmation Number: ****************** 
      I waited for a response, but none came. So I called their office, and left a message requesting someone contact me. Not sure of the date of the call.

      One month passed and still no response, so on Mar 12 / 2024m I emailed the company at the email address (***************@*************.com) that was listed on documentation that came with the product.

      I purchased a TV with a warranty in August from ******* *********** in Burlington.
      In September I started noticing that the TV would restart randomly, not load certain pages and say it wasn't connected to the internet while it was or while other devices had internet.
      In October I reached out about the warranty and was told I would get a new TV in November.
      When I followed up in December, I was told the TV was on backorder.
      When I followed up in March, asking to speak to a supervisor, I was told I couldn't and there was no update.
      Since March, I have been following up weekly via email or phone. I still cannot get an update or speak to a supervisor. Now, they are saying they are trying to send a technician to fix the TV when this is not what I was waiting since December for.
      It will be 8 months soon. It seems they have no intent on following through with their warranty of selling me a defective product.

      the tv has Vertical lines . The TV has one year warranty We just want to know where we can buy TV part this TV MODEL LT-******** SER# *************** we have called JVC we had customer support the only thing they say they are sorry no one is telling us where to get the T-CON BOARD I need to fix the tv . we have waisted two week with JVC tech support.       I bought a jvc tv Dec 7 2021 it quit working on Dec 3 2022 in their one-year warranty, I have spoken to them several times they keep saying I will get an answer next week but they never call back i filed the warranty claim on line and I have multiple emails . but no resolution as of yet. I was told yesterday that a supervisor would call me back still no call
