    On January 16 I initiated an over seas money transfer. While I have not in the past with transfers under $500 (paying a transfer fee) this one over $500 has not been deposited in the receiver's bank account. After 15+ calls to customer service, there has not yet been any attempt on Remitbee's part to reconcile the situation. They continue to insist that they have contacted their overseas partner and escalated my concern. 3 or 4 attempts now to have them honour their security guarantee which states that if my receiver does not get the money for any reason that they will refund my money and any fees involved. They continue to say that they have not yet received the money back from their overseas partner so they can not refund the money. They refuse to acknowledge that they and their partner have lost that transaction

    Ive used the service of remitbee for transfert fund from Canada to Mexico , Ive created an account with the verifiction , selfie with passport , when they activated my account ive sent 9000$ and 8000$ using my *** bank account to them . they after told me to do a reverification , I did it ... and nothing changed my account was still block and i asked them to refund me and they told me to talk with my bank , they say that only my bank can get the refund done , after couple of time my bank tried to contact them they always declined everything , they sent a email official and remitbee say that I am still a active member , that is completly false . **** **** ** ** **** *** **** ** ***** ** ******* *** **** *** *******

    I made a transaction through there app on dec 26 2022. It was to buy a product from India. I thought it was secure but I ended up getting scammed by the person who I bought it from. Remitbee asked for a police report which I provided for them. They then turned around and sayed they needed it in writing. It takes almost 2 months to get it by writing. That wasn't the agreement. * *** ******* ****
