    I initiated a time-sensitive transfer through Remitbee on May 28. Ten days later, the funds had still not reached the recipient. Throughout the process, Remitbee shifted blame—this time citing public holidays in the UAE—rather than accepting responsibility for a service they were paid to deliver on time.
    Let me be clear: I paid Remitbee, not the recipient's bank. It is their job to ensure delivery and resolve issues—not mine, and certainly not my staff’s. Yet I was told repeatedly to have the recipient contact their own bank. That is completely unacceptable.
    Even after I CC’d Remitbee’s CEO, COO, CTO, and other founders, not one of them had the courtesy to respond or apologize. That silence speaks volumes about the company’s lack of professionalism and accountability.
    They promote a “100% Money-Back Guarantee,” but that seems to be more of a marketing line than a real promise. If they truly stand by it, they should:
    Refund the full amount immediately
    Deal with the recipient bank themselves
    Stop sending generic, scripted responses
    This experience has caused significant financial and emotional stress. It also ruined an important religious occasion for the recipient. This isn’t just a service delay—it’s a complete failure in customer care and brand integrity.

    Thank you for taking time and being a valued customer, Upon further investigation, we noticed your funds were available on 21st to pickup, and we had informed this to our partner to assist recipient with the collection which was done on 22nd. All transactions were ready for pick up within the hour when we notify funds are ready for pick up and informed to Overseas partner, with the collection which was done on 22nd.
    We are always there to provide the best service for you and request assistance from our overseas partner the soonest you have encountered issues and reached out to us. However, upon further checking with our Operations Team we are unable to compensate you as delay is not coming from us but from the overseas pick up location where we are not able to control of. We appreciate your understanding on this matter
